Hotels near Yuldong Park in Seongnam

The hotel location was excellent — there were so many restaurants nearby, and the Hyundai Department Store being less than a 5-minute walk away was a huge plus. All of the staff were incredibly kind and helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. They also greeted us warmly every time we entered the hotel. The hotel has a great fitness center and a swimming pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool during this visit. I’m already planning to stay at this hotel again this fall. I absolutely loved the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Korea.

Extremely satisfied! 👍 There are many snack options nearby, which is very convenient, and the subway station is also close. I came to see the aespa concert and stayed for a few days. The croissants for breakfast were especially delicious! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patient in answering all my questions, even with the language barrier. The room was very clean, making for a worry-free stay. Most importantly, the price was very affordable, offering excellent value for money. Highly recommended! This trip was fantastic! 🇰🇷 We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

Excellent value for money! The breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel was very clean. There's a convenient store right downstairs, and a direct bus to Myeongdong stops right outside, getting you there in just 45 minutes. Super convenient!

The location is fairly good, close to a large mall (AK). A bit of walking to a subway station The room was fairly large, but simple otherwise. There was a washer but no detergent. No dryer but there is a styler and a drying rack provided. Small refrigerator. No kitchenette so no dishes, cups, or utensils. The bathroom has a clear glass door so there is no privacy. Overall, it was an average, clean hotel.

This hotel has been really convenient. Good location with a lot of establishments around, near trains and bus stations. Its quiet, the room is clean. Have been here basically my whole stay in Korea and really enjoyed it.

Staff were very helpful when I showed up at the lobby and helped me with my luggage. The room was really big with a nice bathtub and daily housekeeping was flawless. I especially like the free laundry service for guests who stays for more than 2 nights! Tonnes of food options well within walking distance. I’d love to return for a stay here if I’m back in this area for work :)

This is a very good hotel for the price. It was clean, very very well heated(especially important in wintertime) and even had a very nice clean bathroom and bathtub. The bathtub was especially nice and big and comfortable to relax in. This hotel is located very near Sunae metro station and also relatively near Jeongja metro station. Jeongja station will get you downtown pretty quickly while Sunae is on the Bokjeong(I think) line which has a lot on it. The staff was very helpful and the area was safe even at night. There are many options for eating, fast-food and higher tier options as well. No, not a luxury hotel, but definitely a good price considering the location, convenience, and helpful staff.

The boss was not at the front desk and waited for a while before coming over. The attitude is very good, that is, I often don't have to call. Although it is on the first floor, it is still comfortable to live. There is an e-sports computer, which is useless. The space is not large, the sound insulation is average

This is a great place to stay with complete facilities and it's very clean. The owner couple are kind and friendly. It's not far from the BTS Skytrain and right next to an Emart store, with a 24-hour restaurant nearby. I read some reviews that it might be noisy, but it was very quiet when I stayed. The only downside is that it's a bit far from tourist attractions, but overall it was excellent. I loved it!
