Hotels near Daoudiate in Marrakech

Highly recommend any travellers to Marrakesh to stay in this raid! It is walking distance to most of the attractions and the hospitality from this raid has been amazing! Staffs were very friendly and helpful too. The breakfast provided was amazing too! What you see in other reviews with regards to the mouldy bathrooms, I personally feel that it’s all part of the aesthetic of the raid. Apart from that, we loved our room in this raid as it was really clean and cosy!

Очень интересное и стильное место. Каждая деталь оформления качественная и на своем месте. Риад находится недалеко от входа в Медину в спокойном районе, можно пешком дойти до всех достопримечательностей. Персонал отзывчивый, приятный и вежливый. Завтраки небольшие, но вкусные и сытные. Современная система открывания входной двери с помощью приложения на телефоне. Номер просторный и интересный по оформлению, есть чай, кофе, холодильник. В Риаде атмосфера покоя и доброжелательности, тихо и спокойно.

Nice riad with excellent service. They picked us up from the taxi on the first day and helped us meet the driver on our return. The breakfast was good, which was much appreciated as we would have found it difficult to start the day looking for somewhere to eat. It's a 20-minute walk from the main square.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Hamza and Jamal. Location is excellent if you want to be near to Imam Jazuli and Sidi Bel Abbasi shrines. But otherwise if you want to be close medina market then this is bit of a walk as it's a bit removed from the central hustle bustle.

The service was absolutely amazing! Everyone working there was so sweet and gave us an incredible experience. The room was clean and it was amazing! Super cool experience!

A wonderful cozy Riad! Around the silence, it was perfectly sleepy. Very stylish decoration made with care of the guest. Cleanness deserves a separate praise! Every day was cleaned and changed the towels. And amazing staff! Well-pleasant, polite, ready to help with whatever you want. Five-star service level. If I come to Marrakesh, I will definitely stop at them again. I hope that by this time the road repairs will be completed nearby :)

We stayed at this Riad for three nights and didn't regret it at all! It was beautiful and atmospheric, like stepping into a fairy tale, and it was so cool to be able to experience their history and culture. The host, who greeted us and then helped us with all our questions, was very polite and welcoming. The breakfasts were very generous and filling, and I especially appreciate their coffee (a true work of art). There's also a swimming pool for free access😍 There was a small cafe next to the Riad; it was very inexpensive and incredibly delicious😌 We thought long and hard about booking this place, but we haven't regretted our decision at all💛

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! They tried to solve any problems they had, thank you. The apartment was spacious and clean, odor-free, and the bed was comfortable. The location was quite convenient: a 20-minute walk to the train station and the medina, 10 minutes to the Majorelle Garden, and there's a grocery store next door. Nearby is a cemetery, a prison, and a construction site 😂 That's where the positives end. There were plenty of negatives. At first, we were greeted by a broken lock on the door, and we couldn't open it. On the second day, we were offered a room change; it turned out to be basically the same, but without a window in the bedroom, so we stayed in the first room and learned to open the door ourselves. The apartment had poor lighting in the living room and bedroom, making it dark. There were just a single bulb hanging from a cord with a cold light, and there were no bedside lamps like in the photo, making it very uncomfortable. The bathroom is spacious, but the sink (or maybe the faucet) was leaking, creating a puddle under the sink. The shower is missing a curtain, and there's a gap between the floor and the partition—as a result, there's a lot of water on the floor after showering. Toilet paper, soap, and shower gel are available, but there are no trash bags anywhere. There's a rag in the kitchen and dishwashing detergent missing. On the second day, the internet stopped working for a day. It then worked again, but it was extremely unstable on the third floor. This is important for tourists! Overall, the entire apartment feels old, tired, and in need of a proper renovation, not the ”good enough” look it has now. On my last night, at four in the morning, I was awakened by noise: my bedroom window overlooked the terrace of the neighboring room. The door was open, and I could see many men with naked women. I knocked on their door, and they fell silent, but they didn't open the door. But soon, the noise resumed. I contacted the administrator via WhatsApp, but received no response or even an apology after reading my message. However, immediately afterward, the neighbors closed the balcony, and half an hour later the women left. It became quiet. Draw your own conclusions. I understand this isn't an expensive hotel, and I didn't expect five-star service. But there are basic requirements that should be met. Therefore, I don't recommend this hotel, especially for longer than a night.

Very liked the riyad, beautiful, clean, convenient location, delicious breakfast on the veranda 👍 Specially liked the attitude of the workers 😍 Asma accompanied us from the first day and always was in contact, told us everything the tourist needs, I have met all our needs, thank you! Recommended! ❤️
