Super polite staff, Fatima was super helpful and very polite, she took great care of me and she welcomed me very well to the hotel, room is super super clean and fresh, well organized and very quite, I really recommend this place 101%. One of the best hotels I really stayed in. Breakfast is very delicious and all the employees are ready very respectful and helpful. Go to this place without a single doubt. It's even better than what I saw on the pictures and thier website. This is my true comment and honest words to this place. Just keep up :)
I was charged twice. I had already paid online via Trip.com, but the front desk couldn't find my payment in their system and demanded cash upon checkout. It's been over a week, and they still haven't processed my refund, even though I've sent photos of the payment receipt five times through the Trip.com chat and via email. My impression of the hotel is completely ruined.

It is newly renovated, equipped with new facilities, equipped with guest rooms and a Chinese restaurant. It is located in the city center with convenient transportation, adjacent to the Moroccan Chinese gathering area and commodity wholesale market, surrounded by Many tourist attractions. This hotel and restaurant is run by three Chinese women. We booked a deluxe double room, which was quite spacious, very new, and clean. Their Chinese restaurant is supposedly the best in Casablanca, and it really lives up to its reputation. Our Chinese friends working locally treated us to a meal there, and it was incredibly authentic – it didn't feel like eating Chinese food abroad at all. They have three chefs: one from Guangdong, one from Sichuan, and I forget where the third one is from. There are Chinese staff at the front desk, so communication was seamless. You can also directly scan WeChat to exchange RMB for Dirhams, which is something other hotels don't offer. Breakfast is a Chinese buffet, quite rich, with congee, soy milk, steamed buns, twisted rolls, and tea eggs. The hotel is very close to Mohammed V Square and the Old Medina, within walking distance, and there's a tram stop nearby, making transportation convenient. There are also many coffee shops and juice bars in the vicinity. Perhaps what needs improvement is the enthusiasm of the staff; when Chinese people meet other Chinese people, not even a basic 'hello' is offered.

Second time staying at this hotel. Room was better. Service was good. Lift was old and only can carry 3 people. Despite being a 4 star hotel there was no kettle or bottled water.

Google Maps said it was less than 1km from the train station, which was about a 17-minute walk. The area seemed a bit quiet, maybe due to Ramadan. It was quite convenient for the light rail/tram and the local market, and there were some places to eat nearby. The room looked quite nice, and the lobby, though small, was pretty. For toiletries, there was only a small bar of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo.
In the heart of Casablanca balanced and welcoming

The 4star Occidental Casablanca Medina conveys the essence of Morocco with highend local cuisine in its restaurant and the best tea menu. Nearby the central market displays a huge multicoloured carpet of spices flowers and local products.

This hotel offers good value for money. Prices in Casablanca are incredibly high right now, so this place is a solid choice. The location is excellent, right near Casa Port train station, and there are tons of restaurants nearby, including New Longmen for Chinese food and the well-established Jinhua Restaurant. The facilities are also pretty good. It seemed like there weren't many staff members around, or maybe it was just due to peak season, as our room wasn't cleaned on the first day we checked in. However, the front desk sorted it out quickly after we called. Overall, it's pretty decent, and I'd consider booking here again.
Step into a world where sophistication and authenticity blend seamlessly in the heart of Casablanca.

Great
GGuest UserGood stay, polite people. Some good choices for breakfast. Rooms look new, luxurious bed and towels with high quality soap and shampoo. Not sure why we were not provided with daily complimentary water and tea. Near to shops and supermarket so we were able to buy water and any other essentials. Loved Morocco!
GGuest UserStaying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm.
The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free.
Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table!
This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!
XXiaoyuanzihetangyutouOverall, I'm very satisfied. The price was reasonable, and the facilities were modern. I'd definitely choose this place again if I come back. The location is excellent, right on the Atlantic Ocean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful, expansive view. The room looked exactly like the pictures, no differences at all. Regarding facilities, the kitchen cabinet doors were a bit stiff to open and close, but it didn't affect their use. Other kitchen amenities were quite comprehensive, which was a huge help for our family trip and cooking during Ramadan. Initially, I wasn't sure how to use the induction cooktop, but the gentleman at the entrance was very kind and came to help, even though we had a language barrier, we managed to sort it out. Plus, there was a foldable drying rack in the wardrobe, which was very practical and convenient. Finally, they provided a parking spot right outside, on the roadside. Although it wasn't marked, the person in the reflective vest didn't charge us once they saw us parked there.
YYankit asMy first time in Casablanca, I chose to stay at StayHere Casablanca. I was just looking for a comfortable place to stay, but I unexpectedly gained some warm memories. The hotel itself has a simple yet elegant design, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is convenient. However, what truly impressed me wasn't the facilities, but the staff's smiles and genuine enthusiasm.
Every time I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the staff's sincere greetings. They weren't just polite courtesies, but a genuine concern, like friends curious about how my day was going. During our first meeting, he patiently explained the city of Casablanca to me, from the narrow alleys of the Old Medina to the grandeur of the Hassan II Mosque, and the relaxed vibe of the Corniche. He didn't just provide information; he spoke in a storytelling tone that made me even more excited about the city.
What touched me most was that this warmth wasn't a one-off; it continued every day. Whether I was heading out in the morning or returning at night, he would always greet me with a big smile, asking where I went today and if I discovered anything new. This interaction made me feel less like a lonely traveler and more like I had a familiar friend waiting for me in the city. Each brief conversation added a touch of warmth to my journey.
Finally, we even exchanged Instagrams.
GGuest UserNice hotel located in central location Anfa street . Shower was clean and work well no issue , clean bathroom… clean room . It is same 5 star level
TTritonWangIt's a historic guesthouse, basically a hostel. For the price, it has everything you need and is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It's just that some of the facilities look a bit old.
DDr Saeed.MIt was such a wonderful stay.staff is amazing. We love it. Food was super delicious. Price is economical. Overall nice experience. Definitely recommended.
IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.
