"This hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”"

"Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money."

"Great location. Friendly staff. The cleanliness could be improved (we found ants in the room and bathroom). The room was very small. The buffet breakfast is served in the ground floor room where it was very cold. I asked if I could have scrambled eggs without ham (they were made for the buffet with ham), and I was told I would have to pay extra."

"A little inconsistent in terms of cleaning - some days we got water and towels, other days we didn’t - but overall it’s a great price for what you get. Close to multiple metro lines and a 15-20 min walk from the center. Also the hotel withstood an earthquake so that’s a good sign"

"The location of the hotel is near the ”Hidalgo” station but my husband and I haven't used this station. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The breakfast is very good! It services from 6:00a.m.-10:00a.m. weekdays and from 7:00a.m. to 11:00a.m. weekend. It is very good when you need to go out early 😁 They provide 24 hours coffee that is a bonus. They also provide drinking water that we did not know until a housekeeper told us. The housekeepers are very responsible for cleaning your room everyday! I do appreciate it so much 😘 The only thing that I don't like is the size of the room is very small. It is only 139 square ft."

"Hotel location is OK, downtown, convenient transportation. Hotel facilities are generally complete, breakfast and 歺 hall is not bad. The service is very warm and the hygiene is very clean, very good 👍🏼"

"The hotel is great, had a coffee area where you can work and set your computer, plugs, and couches around the lobby and the coffee area, they have aromatherapy in each floor and good beds. Close to downtown."

"Live on the 4th floor. The internet is sometimes not good, but everything else is OK: the neighborhood is quiet and safe, there are grocery stores OXXO and TAG Heuer nearby, the Argentinian restaurant downstairs is also delicious and has a good environment, and it is located in the city center and quiet."
