"We arrived around midnight, and the front desk staff were very friendly. There were two of us checking in, but they only provided one pair of slippers for the first night (not the reusable plastic kind, but brand new, thick disposable slippers, which was great). The next morning, we told the front desk we needed two pairs, and they immediately agreed. It was very quiet that night. Later, while sightseeing, we passed by this hotel several times in taxis and found its location to be excellent, close to almost everything."

"The biggest plus for the hotel is its location. The service is also pretty good and staff is friendly. But the hotel is rather dated. The carpet is old and worn. The AC is very load and we had to turn it off at night. The worst part is water- the water flow is so low it is hard to wash face. Another potential downside is this area is very busy at night. The music on the street can be heard from our 10th floor room. But if you come prepared with earplugs then you are OK."

The hotel has a beautiful and stylish design that's a joy to look at from the entrance, and you can enjoy the experience both on the way to the lobby and inside the hotel. The room was far away and a bit of a trek, but it was large and clean. Unfortunately, the shower was the fixed type without a hose, which is common in Central America. We had planned to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but it was expensive, so we bought tacos and other items from a nearby restaurant for breakfast."

"Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Booked this hotel because it's near to my congress venue and much cheaper than the congress hotel. It's just walking distance to the Museum of Anthropology and Castle. In addition, it's near to metro train station Chapultetec (5min walk). For 5 peso, you can travel using the train from airport terminal 1 to the hotel. I only discovered it when I was leaving."

"This suite is recommended, the location is quiet, safe, the room is spacious, the front desk is 24 hours, the breakfast is not rich but there are several options to choose from, basically meet the needs, the price is not expensive. The downside is that there is no washing machine, and the shower gel and shampoo in the shower taste a bit strange."

AAnonymous UserThe same problem with all holidayinn hotels is that there is a lot of room for improvement in hotel management. After the room was cleaned every day, someone would keep knocking on the door asking if the room had been cleaned. This shows very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a prosperous area in the city center, with very convenient transportation and easy taxi access for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and safe to walk.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

GGuest UserThe AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

GGuest UserI really appreciated how functional the room was and how comfortable the bed was, but the absolute best part was the location. Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me.
Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City)
My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

LLiuxiaoxin™The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽

HHaidezhexueThe hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
