Nice and big room. Staff super friendly. Despite I would not recommend the tours sold at site (in particular Isla de la Piedra one). Swimming pool water was surprisingly cold the night we tried it.

The pool was packed with children. The pigeons were everywhere and made it almost impossible to enjoy the food. The food was mediocre. The long was extremely clean, but the pool area was gross. Overall wouldn’t go back again:(

Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

This hotel is my favorite in Mazatlán to go with my family, it is very pleasant the place, very friendly staff, a quiet place to rest, the restaurant the exquisite buffet, the Sundays of very tasty brunch.
