"The hostel's location is quite good, right near the subway station.
Facilities: The room has a bathroom, but it's pretty basic. There's a kitchen on the rooftop, but you have to bring your own utensils. Overall, the value for money is decent."
"This is my second year in a row staying at this hotel for business trips. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Chinatown. The first day, the bed was a bit dirty, but after I told a staff member, they changed it for us to a clean one. The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance of many attractions like the National Palace, churches, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the Bank Museum."
"Excellent!
One of the few hotels I've liked.
Spacious and modern room. Beautiful and private bathroom. Window facing the street with almost blackout blinds (it has a side track to prevent light from filtering in).
On Tripadvisor, I got a discounted price of 910 MXN (approximately $45 USD), but the regular price was 1150 MXN ($57 USD). For the price, it was excellent.
Although eating directly at the counter seems to have cost 1400 MXN, what a great deal!
If I had booked at the regular price (1400 MXN), I would consider the room just average.
It didn't have air conditioning, but it wasn't necessary; it wasn't hot. Although it's the rainy season, I don't know how cool it would be in the summer.
They have free luggage storage, check-in is at 3 PM, and I was able to leave my things around 12 PM without any problems. Early check-in seems to cost around 500 MXN extra (25 USD), in case anyone is interested.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom floor; the tile isn't non-slip, so you have to be careful and always wear sandals.
And the soap and shampoo bottles in the bathroom are mounted on the wall opposite the shower, so you have to walk two steps to get soap and back to the shower as many times as you need. With that type of flooring, it could be a little dangerous if you're not wearing sandals."
"Amazing! It's fantastic to find a new and affordable hotel in Mexico City, especially surrounded by the vibrant Chinatown and art galleries, right in the heart of the Gulf of Mexico's liveliest area."
"The service was excellent, I arrived at 5am in the morning from Singapore, and although there wasn't any room available for early check-in, the staff was kind and nice to offer me free breakfast. And knowing I am tired from the travelling, they gave me the room at the earliest. The room is great, the breakfast is fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone coming to Mexico City."

"Very good hotel, This came in as a surprise when booking as it was not really recommend, but the hotel location is very central and the staffs are super nice, they are there to help as much as they can! room also clean.
the only downside would be the shower as this is showerhead was quite hard and feel like piercing through my skin when showering."
"The room was really nice, I loved it. The location is superb; everywhere you walk is a scenic spot. It’s the perfect place for some leisure and entertainment after a business trip. The staff were very helpful, coming a long way to assist me with my luggage. Breakfast was very rich, with lots of local delicacies like tacos, beef, and bread. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. Overall, it's worth visiting again."
"Nice hotel, centrally located. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Our evening meal was very good and good value for money"

Great
XXiaochengshizhanmushiThe surrounding facilities are excellent, with a shopping mall nearby. Daily service is excellent for Melbourne, with prompt feedback on issues. The air conditioning in the room doesn't have a heating function, so you have to rely on the air heater. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bread, and four or five main dishes. Overall, it's a good value in the Reforma area.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.
AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.
OOlivia LozaExcellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times.
the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC)
Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room.
The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge)
All and all, good value gor money
I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again .
GGuest UserI really appreciated how functional the room was and how comfortable the bed was, but the absolute best part was the location. Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.
QQingdajiangjunThe overall level of the hotel is similar to that of domestic hotels. The room is large enough, about 30 square meters. The breakfast is very simple and it is not recommended to eat in the hotel. The location of the hotel is quite good, it is convenient to travel anywhere, there are many restaurants around, and life is convenient.
LLiuxiaoxin™The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽
