The staff were so friendly and the hotel was neatly decorated everywhere, so it comes out pretty no matter where you take a picture. And the breakfast is not varied, but I am so satisfied. Very good, this is my third time here. The room was comfortable and, most importantly, the price was reasonable. The only downside was the airport shuttle was so infrequent that I had to wait an hour and a half for it to arrive.

The room was clean. The shower pressure and temperature were good. However, there was a gap in the door, allowing water to leak out. In the room I stayed in, the toilet wouldn't refill, so there was a limit to its use.

The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

Acceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room. Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.

Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.
