Amazing
WWilliam CWOWe got married here last year and we enjoyed the excellent service, food served in Makan Kitxhen, Tosca, and the buffet for the wedding. Special curations for weddings made it all the more special.
This trip marks our first anniversary and we’re delighted to have spend the weekend here again reminiscing our wedding last year.
Booked through Trip:com and was upgraded to the highest floor compliments of the hotel.
Overall we enjoyed the pool, the breakfast and our time in the hotel. Nothing short of amazing!

GGuest UserGreat location and service! However, every time I stay, I find the bathroom to be in terrible condition – stains everywhere and towels that look yellowed. I even tried scrubbing some of these stains with my toothbrush, and they came right off, which suggests poor management. It really impacts the stay experience. I hope to see an improvement next time.

OONG CHE HONThe environment is great 👍🏻 It's a great place to visit. Everything you need is available nearby, so you won't have trouble finding what you're looking for. The accommodation is also very clean and check-in is very convenient.

GGuest UserI've stayed here three times for business trips, mainly because there are no better options in the vicinity. This lack of competition, unfortunately, seems to lead to subpar service and hygiene. The first time I stayed, in a twin room, both duvet covers were dirty. One had unwashed bloodstains, and the other had three foot-like marks. I had to call twice and even go down to the front desk once before someone finally came to replace them! On my third stay, the towels in the cabinet under the sink had a strong mildew smell and were unusable. The amenity box was chipped, and the shower hose was broken. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was also very poor and kept disconnecting. Honestly, there are just too many issues! But due to its location, I have no choice but to stay here. I really hope they improve!

HHong Kai Bongthe room is very huge and spacious, i book deluxe twin and got dining area, pantry area, one big office table with lazy chair, as the room is so big that at night i felt like someone is knocking the door outside, and i got a bad dream that night, sleep at 2 am but wake up at 5am with sweat but the air conditioner is working, there is a total of 3 air conditioner in one room.

LLim Siow HooiI arrived at midnight, around 12.30. Mr. Raj was there and very helpful in arranging a room for me after he found out the basin water tap was not working. I had a good sleep after a long flight, as he took immediate action to resolve it. Much appreciated. I really love to share this experience

MmistaheryAs I entered room given, as usual I will do short recording for my staycation. But, a bit sad when I saw many rubbish in the dustbin over the toilet cover (picture attached) Maybe the cleaner forgot to throw it out. But, as a 5 star hotel, this incident were very frustrated. Breakfast are good, aircond also good even this hotel were not new hotel.

Aalantoh.travelsCheck in process was very straight forward, instructions given were clear and precise. Whole check in process took less than 5 minutes. Deposit required is RM150 payable by online transfer or cash. Parking is not complimentary, the parking charges is RM1 per hour up to RM20 per day. The accomodation is connected to the Central I-City mall by a pedestrian bridge making it very convenient for guests to go shopping or for food. Room is very comfortable with very cold and strong airconditioner and strong water pressure. Overall we loved our stay and we will definitely be back.

AAshikin FadzilThe unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests.
1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern)
Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay.
2. Inadequate cooling for unit size
The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable.
3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues
Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering.
The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom.
This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay.
4. Deposit amount and payment method
The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made.
One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system.
I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.
