"Had a wonderful stay at Avillion Port Dickson. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful sea views, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the sunset view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The staff were warm and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"Stayed at Langit Langi Hotel PD over the weekend. The hotel location was easy to find, right beside the main road and directly in front of a Petronas station and PD Hotel. Parking was mostly available during the weekend and the area felt safe.
Check-in process was smooth and fast. I only needed to provide my booking details and IC for verification, then paid RM50 room deposit and RM4 local charge. In less than 10 minutes, I received the room key.
The room condition was generally acceptable, but the actual experience did not fully match what was advertised on Trip.com. The room view and overall feel were slightly different from the photos shown.
A few things that could be improved:
- The floor was slightly dusty.
- The room had a weird smell at first, probably because it had been unoccupied for some time.
- No hair dryer was provided even though it was mentioned on Trip.com.
- Iron was available, but it was shared outside the room for the whole floor.
- The listing showed a bathtub, but our room did not have one.
- Aircond took quite a while to cool the room.
On the positive side, basic toiletries were provided including toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet tissue, and shower gel.
The biggest issue for me was the soundproofing. I actually read reviews about this beforehand but still decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, you can clearly hear vehicles from the main road throughout the night. What surprised me the most was the sound of the washing machine running almost nonstop from night until midday. It honestly felt like sleeping above a laundry room, and it did interrupt my sleep.
Other than that, everything else was generally okay for a short stay."
"At first because of low occupancy but they try to do buffet breakfast for us and the sauna above a year never open but finally they on for us to use and it functions well. Beside sauna have jacuzzi seem dirt on it n long time not been used."
"The moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff warmly greeted me. The check-in process was incredibly efficient, and they thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel's facilities and local dining options. The whole experience was seamless, with absolutely no frustrating waiting. Their genuine smiles really warmed my heart! Plus, they extended my check-out by two hours and even offered a complimentary airport transfer! This place is truly excellent! It's definitely my top choice for a stay. Trust me on this one!"
"Everything was great. The hotel is conveniently located near the waterfront, just a 4-minute walk away. Parking can be really difficult to find in that area. It's also not far from Pink Beach, making the hotel's location truly superb."
"This is my favourite hotel at PD Waterfront, Port Dickson.

With its convenient locality, this seafront hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations.

Guests can choose from its 22 rooms, all of which exude an atmosphere of total peace & harmony. Besides, the hotel's host of recreational offerings ensures you have plenty to do during your stay. Bayfront Hotel is your one-stop destination for quality seafront hotel accommodations in Port Dickson."
"Location- strategic and walking distance to famous restaurants nearby - Zus, Starbucks, McD, cove, dedaun, etc. seaside view able to watch nice sunset.
Room- normal room type and prompt service request. Eg: the aircon not cool, they sent the technician promptly even is on public holiday.
Car park- hotel guest need to drive up to L3. At 1st abit confusing as got 2 towers. The lobby located at one of the tower.
Overall still good with good customer service."
"Price is good. And 24 hrs reception is open. As no windows, air smells so bad. Feel like carpet too dirty. Bathroom was convenient and spacious. Room itself was so small. But it was convenient. If there is no smell issue, must be perfect! Beautiful beach is just behind of this hotel. And can do fishing too. All staffs were so kind and helpful. They said no car parking only street parking available. But behind of the building, there is some free car park too. Port Dickinson is quite small area. So location is not important."
"Good Stay
Mattress is very hard and pillows extremely soft.
I horse power AC placement with large room which was away from the bed frame creates a warm environment around sleeping area..big minus point.."

KKamije90Everything was excellent, from check-in to check-out. I regret only booking for one day; it's definitely better to book for two days for a more satisfying experience. The pool and beach were amazing! I'll definitely come back again. The food was also fantastic! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Truly the best!
GGuest UserThe hotel's overall style is fantastic, with a strong design aesthetic, and the entire building is shaped like a flower! The most pleasant surprise in the room was the private pool, where you could watch the sunset in the evening – the ambiance was lovely.
The facilities are a bit dated, but all essential functions still work properly, which didn't detract from the stay experience. The hotel has its own private beach; the environment is decent, but the seawater is quite murky, the waves are big, and the water quality is just average.
Overall, the experience was medium-to-above-average. If you can overlook the slightly older facilities and the seawater quality, it's still worth a stay.
Zzakiusj📍Grand Lexis Port Dickson, Batu 2, Jalan Seremban, 71000 Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
Rooms: 2 units of Grand Garden Pool Villa Upper Unit (upgraded from Garden Pool Villa upper unit), suitable for 4 people each.
Stay: 2D1N
We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort.
The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower.
The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit.
The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining.
Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!
AAyesha SehrYour kids will lovveee the pool. Heard so much of good reviews for this hotel.
Pros: excellent view, kids friendly hotel, easy access to pool and you wont get hungry cause location of the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and food stalls
Cons: deluxe queen is still small. breakfast was decent, basic for survival 😅
GGuest UserRoom: We stayed in a Double Queen room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the bathroom was generally cleaned. However, on our second day, the housekeeping only made the beds and gave the bathroom a basic clean. They did not refill the toiletries, coffee, or other amenities. We called the reception and the refill items were sent to our room promptly.
Splash Park: Everything was great! Our kids had an amazing time and really enjoyed the Splash Park.
Breakfast: The food was delicious with a good variety of choices. However, some dishes were not refilled promptly, and we had to request the staff to replenish certain food items, beverages, and even the cutlery. Everything was good overall. There are just a few small areas that could be improved, possibly due to a shortage of staff during busy hours.
Overall: We had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the Splash Park was fantastic, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was also plenty of parking available, which was very convenient. Despite the minor housekeeping and breakfast service issues, we would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and comfortable, close to the beach. The pool was open until 10 PM, which was great! 👍 If possible, it would be good to also provide dish soap.
GGuest UserHad a great 2D1N staycation at Lexis Port Dickson. We stayed in a Family Room on the 10th floor with a beautiful beach view. The room was spacious, cozy, and very relaxing. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great place for a short getaway.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Thistle Hotel Port Dickson, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to several service and management issues.
The first problem was the check-in process. It took almost 50 minutes to check in, which is far too long. Even worse, there was no air conditioning in the lobby, so guests had to stand in a hot and uncomfortable environment while waiting in the queue.
The room amenities were also inadequate. The bathroom only provided a 100ml bottle of shampoo and shower gel, which was not enough for guests who wanted to shower multiple times during their stay.
The most frustrating issue was the infinity pool. The hotel indicated that the pool was open, but when we arrived, there was only a notice saying the pool was closed because no lifeguard was on duty. When I called the front desk to ask when the lifeguard would return, I was told the pool had actually been closed for a long time due to maintenance. This explanation was very confusing because on the evening we checked in, we saw guests using the pool, and the poolside food and beverage service was operating as usual. The following morning, the pool was suddenly closed. If the pool had really been under long-term maintenance, why wasn't the area blocked off properly or a maintenance notice displayed? Instead, the notice only stated that the pool was closed because no lifeguard was available. The inconsistent information and poor communication were unacceptable.
The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The service was very poor. Dirty plates were not cleared promptly, and we had to ask several times before staff came to clear the table. Food trays were frequently empty and not refilled in a timely manner—I had to return three times before I could finally get some of the items I wanted.
The egg station was another example of inconsistent service. When my mother requested sunny-side-up eggs, the staff told her they only served omelettes. However, when I went to ask again, the same staff immediately agreed to cook sunny-side-up eggs. This inconsistency was confusing and reflected poorly on the staff's service standards.
Overall, while the hotel has good facilities and potential, the slow check-in process, poor communication, inadequate amenities, and below-average breakfast service made this stay disappointing. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both their customer service and operational standards.
GGuest UserWe stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking.
However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too.
Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid.
We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop.
HheybibiThis resort is such a steal for value for money, nice view and beach access. People here are really nice. Bayu beach resort may not be a new hotel but it gives you the perfect ocean view on your balcony.
