AAnonymous UserTraveling with my child this time, I did a lot of research and finally chose Sunway Resort Hotel Kuala Lumpur. After experiencing it, I truly feel I made the right choice and wholeheartedly recommend it to all parents out there. This hotel is hailed by many as Malaysia's 'Atlantis' and is an excellent option for family trips.
The hotel has a private walkway that directly connects to Sunway Pyramid Mall, making dining, drinking, and shopping incredibly convenient.
The room experience was also fantastic. The room we stayed in, with our family of three, was spacious enough for everyone to move around comfortably without feeling cramped. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; after a day of playing hard outside, our child would just flop into bed and sleep soundly, ensuring plenty of rest.
The hotel features a dedicated children's pool on the fifth floor, with an appropriate depth and fun facilities.
All the staff were very warm and polite!

AAnonymous UserI stayed 2 times in Mixx Hotel. There are 2 type of room, the new part of the hotel which has more amenities, netflix & youtube tv selection, water kettle, bigger bathroom and bigger room. Where there’s also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there’s a small fridge inside. However the older type of room has some mold parts on the ceiling which is kinda humid, and not as clean as the new type of room. The photo that I uploaded is the newer type of room.

GGuest UserThe whole family was very satisfied. The room was well-equipped, and we were right by the plaza downstairs with a water park next door. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all super convenient. The view from this room was truly amazing, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony, admiring the scenery, having a drink, and chatting.

SSerious88Had a really enjoyable stay at Sunway Resort Suites @ Sunway Lagoon by Landmark. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything well-prepared upon check in. The bed was cozy and the overall environment felt quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to rest after a long day.
The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages it’s extremely convenient with direct or very easy access to Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Pyramid Mall, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable.
Service was smooth and efficient. The check in and check out process was hassle free, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Facilities were also well-maintained and easy to use, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money. Highly recommended for both short getaways and longer stays, especially if you plan to visit Sunway Lagoon. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.😊

AAlongaipaizhaoThis is a very cost-effective hotel, but it's too far from Sunway University. It's basically impossible to walk there. If you want to take a taxi to go shopping or school, it's actually not cost-effective because the taxi will cost more than 20 yuan. The facilities of this hotel are okay and relatively new, but there is a smell of paint and plastic decoration. It may have been a guesthouse of a football club. There is no one in charge, no staff on duty, and only a check-in and check-out machine. If you book on the platform, you will be charged the Malaysian ringgit tourism tax twice. Remember to ask the clerk to refund it, provided that you can find the clerk.

GGuest UserBooked for older parents to stay. Location was ok with shopping mall at below. Convenient to find food. The unit is big and spacious. You will need to travel in group as there is only one access card given. Going to parking and accessing lift required assess card. So it is troublesome if you travel separate ways. The guard is not allow to help you access your own floor. You will need to use your own assess card. Sofa cover teared off. Not comfortable to sit. Overall owner is quick to response to our queries.

JJaxxZzzShares the lobby with Sunway Pyramid Hotel, but check-in is on the basement level. You have to carry your luggage down one floor, and the elevators are also a step down, with only two accessible from the basement.
The facilities are old; the duvet had faint, unremovable stains, and the toiletries were on par with a budget motel in China, and an old one at that.
On the bright side, the location is pretty decent, making it convenient for dining.

Ssad sunflowerMy 4th or 5th time here. Tv broken. Shower head broken. Need to held by hand. Room is spacious got window 😃. The location is strategic. Restaurants & convenient store just few minutes walk. McDonald's at back. No lift & my room at 2nd floor.
