The resort was wonderful. Reminded us alot of koh sa mui. Service was impeccable. Food was fantastic. The pool in the villa was so clean but maybe can cut down on the chlorine tablets a bit.

Check-in was smooth, and we even got a room upgrade, which made for a very pleasant stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool. With Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, and FamilyMart all close by, it's perfect for a bit of luxury on a budget trip. Plus, being just a 15-minute drive from beachfront restaurants and a batik factory meant there was plenty to enjoy beyond the beach.

Front desk service is very helpful, they explained everything before you enter your room, room is tidy and clean. But 1 things i found unpleasant about this stay because the water bottle is dirty and smelly, stink smell right after i drank half bottle. I bet they didn’t wash it properly before insert new water. Really hate the fact i found out after drank half of it 😭

The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. Best hotel, clean and tidy, with large rooms. The staff are very accommodating to guest requests, and the hotel attendants are very kind and friendly.

L location very strategic. Near to Teruntum Tower and a lot of cafe around the hotels. All the basics amenities are provided. Iron and board also provided. Breakfast choice is just nice. Just one thing that not satisfied...during the staycation, the reception area was under renovation and this is not informed earlier by hotel management.

While the physical property itself is impressive, the management process left a lot to be desired. The Good: Comfort & Space Rooms: The rooms are genuinely clean, neat, and very spacious. For the price point, the value of the actual living space is excellent. Parking: Finding parking was easy and secure, which was a major plus for our group as we had our own vehicles. Location: Perfectly situated for getting around Kuantan efficiently. The Bad: Maintenance & Missing Basics The property feels slightly neglected in terms of upkeep. In my specific room: The shower head holder was loose, making it difficult to use. There were no floor mats provided, which is a basic necessity to avoid tracking water across the room after a shower. The Ugly: Management & Customer Service This is where the experience fell short. The administrative side of this stay was disorganized and stressful: Automated Communication: Their chat system is powered by an AI that provides ”canned” answers. It failed to address any of our specific questions, making communication feel like a dead end. Check-in Delays: We weren't sent the check-in passwords on time. We had to track down a separate person-in-charge just to get access to our rooms late in the day. Pricing Inconsistencies: The documentation stated a RM50 deposit per room, but we were charged RM60. While the amount is small, the inconsistency feels unprofessional and creates a lack of trust. Final Verdict: If you value space and price above all else, this is a solid choice. However, be prepared to fight for your check-in details and deal with a non-responsive service team. I hope management fixes their communication flow and updates their facilities soon.

I had a pleasant stay at Sri Manja Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, safe, and very convenient, located next to the highway, making it easy to go anywhere. Check-in is simple, and there's a supermarket across the street, making shopping easy.

Okay... the room didn't seem clean. The toilet smelled strongly of urine... the pillows were yellow and musty. I hope the cleaner is more thorough with cleanliness. Even if it's cheap, at least make it look well-maintained and clean. We're not asking for luxury, just comfort and cleanliness. Overall, okay. ❤️❤️
