"Overall, a pleasant stay at Copthorne Cameron Highlands. The room was comfortable and the overall facilities and service were good. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that the room was still not ready when I arrived for check-in at around 6:30 PM, which was quite disappointing after a long journey. Other than that, everything was generally good and I had an enjoyable stay. Overall, I would still consider staying here again."

"Great view of the golf course and surrounding mountains. At first I was concerned whether the absence of airconditioning would impact my stay, but the mountain climate works very well with the in-unit ceiling fans for pleasant cool comfort. The in-unit washer works well, though the dryer not as much; better to just buy a token from the reception for the launderette dryer on floor 13A. But this is just a minor issue; everything else from room size to breakfast spread to staff service and even parking facilities is excellent. Love that each room in the 2-bedder has its own toilet. Would recommend this Is place to anyone."

"We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed."

"1. Pro - Nice view, strategic , clean room , near to market and eateries, easy to check in 2. Kon- parking need to pay every time in and out and its quite expensive, kitchen very basic..only microwave, I bought some simple veg to cook but end up no stove but it was mentioned there is a stove when booking No daily cleaning is done though we stay there for 3 nights, , we clean on our own , we throw rubbish ourself.. only towel is provided when asked to replace"

"Spacious room with a nice view from the balcony. There's an excellent, large supermarket downstairs. Plenty of entertainment options for kids within walking distance. The bedroom is in a glass 'aquarium' and doesn't get any fresh air, so I slept very poorly. If you open the balcony door, mosquitoes and other critters fly in. Check-in is contactless, instructions are sent via WhatsApp. The communication starts with warnings about what you *can't* do and basically ends the same way, with instructions on where to hang the towels. What a bizarre experience! 🤦‍♀️"

"We had a highly satisfying stay at Zenith Suites Cameron in Tanah Rata. We were assigned a unit on the 7th floor, and it was absolutely worth it! Being up on a higher floor gave us a beautiful, panoramic view of the mountain landscape and the town lights at night.The apartment felt brand new, modern, and exceptionally spacious. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed linens were spotless. We loved the amenities provided, especially the Smart TV with Netflix/YouTube and the excellent hot water system which is perfect for the chilly Cameron weather. The staff at the front desk were also professional and made our check-in seamless. It's also within walking distance to local eateries and shops. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!"

"High level of comfort room. Check in was a little disappointing with front counter. However, hospitality by the other employees were exceptional. Breakfast with variety and lovely gardenbehind hotel. Thank you for making our trip wonderful. Shall return forour next trip."
