GGuest UserGreat location, only minutes walk from the train station, from where you can take the train to Centraal in another 5 minutes. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby, although not many restaurants. The room is very clean. It also has a kitchenette, equipped with electric stove, microwave and simple utensils. I requested a quiet room, so I almost couldn’t hear any outside noise. The staff members are very nice. When they learned that I forgot to bring an extra phone charger, they offered to help charge my power pack. There was some system issue that I was asked to pay the city tax again in check-out although I had paid in check-in, it was resolved quickly.

Llinli67I booked this hotel for its convenient location, allowing me to easily catch the 852 Garden Bus to Keukenhof to see the tulips. Due to tulip season and a few concurrent exhibitions, the room rate was double the usual price, which made the value for money a bit disappointing.
The breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety and high-quality options, absolutely no complaints there.
The room itself wasn't very big, but you can ask the front desk for slippers if you need them.
Right across from the hotel is Amstel Park, which is huge and features a fantastic rhododendron garden.

I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain.
Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it.
My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

AAchengdebairimengThe hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the train station and all the main attractions. Both the hotel and the room were spotless and didn't have any strange smells, which was great. The only minor downside was that the music from nearby bars could be a bit loud at night.

GGuest UserStayed here for 4 nights. Overall it was a good experience. Location is good as there’s free ferry ride to Amsterdam station. Cleanliness is acceptable but noticed it didn’t clean everyday unless there’s guest moved out. Recommended for solo traveler.

GGuest UserWe spent our winter holiday here and there are plenty of local groceries stores around. The train station is just a breeze walk away so it’s easy to travel around. The Zaanse Schans (windmill attraction), Zaandam (‘Lego’ house) is just few stations away from the hotel. Stay wise it’s comfortable but can get tad abit noisy as the sound insulation between walls are rather weak. All in all we will definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserLocation is great, just a short walk from the Amsterdam Centraal train station, staffs were friendly, room is clean and tidy, except a little tight in space, breakfast is nice, basic hotel, limited facilities.........

GGuest UserThe room having a microwave was a huge plus, very convenient for heating up quick meals. The room itself was actually quite spacious, though the bathroom was on the smaller side. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. But the absolute best part? They have an adorable orange cat you can pet! Cat lovers, this is your sign! The cat is very mellow and lets you pet him all you want. It's also quite convenient if you're taking the FlixBus, as it's only a 15-minute walk to the station. The hotel has two floors and no elevator, but it's manageable; if you have heavy luggage, you'll only ever have to carry it up one flight of stairs at most.
