"Around 15mins walk distance from Amsterdam Central Station. A small hotel but it has all the vital organs. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is rich and hearty"

"Transiting through Amsterdam Airport, getting to the hotel from the airport was very convenient – just take the train to Central Station. However, on the train, I encountered a very enthusiastic female thief, so everyone beware! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station. The front desk quickly handled check-in. The room was a bit small, but had decent facilities. The drain wasn't very clear, and the bed was small, but for a one-night stay, you can't expect too much. The next morning, I took a canal tour. Even though it was a brief visit, Amsterdam is definitely a city worth exploring."

"I already knew this hotel, which is why I returned, but there are ongoing renovations, and it wasn't ideal to wake up to the sounds of workers at 8:30 AM. Furthermore, the building is under renovation, so the windows face scaffolding. The cleanliness wasn't as impeccable as previous stays, but it remains a top choice due to its location and spacious rooms."

"We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room is clean and cozy, while the size is perfect for 3 people travelling. The hotel is in a central location but also on a quiet street. Having a supermarket, multiple light rails station with walkable distance nearby were very convenient. We were pleased with the complimentary breakfast provided on our first morning as well. Definitely will stay here again next time. Good luck to the team also the trainee:)"

"The hostel is conveniently located, with a bus stop just a two to three-minute walk away. It's also not far from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, about a ten-minute walk. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and have a good attitude. Less positive experiences: 1. The room is quite small; there's hardly any space left after putting down luggage. 2. Cleanliness needs improvement. There were visible dirty marks on the duvet cover (picture 3), many small spots on the carpet (picture 5), and ants on the room walls and bed (picture 7). 3. There is no kettle. 4. The balcony is shared among several rooms (picture 8), and the room has no openable windows. If the balcony door is closed, the air doesn't circulate, but leaving it ajar feels unsafe. 5. Information displayed on the website platform is inconsistent with reality. For example, it shows 'laundry service' (picture 9), but the hostel actually doesn't have a laundry room for guests. They only provide addresses of external laundromats for guests to take their clothes to themselves."

"I’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected. My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Sitting on the sofa and looking out over the river, watching boats pass by, gave me a peaceful feeling that reminded me of my hometown. I hope to have even more memorable experiences the next time I stay at Mövenpick."

"The location of the hotel is good in terms of safety and accessibility as there is a nearby tram (5 mins walk) which made it convenient to explore the city. The room itself was quite tight in space, the bathroom didn’t have that good a ventilation so after a warm shower it felt like I was melting. But all in all, you get what you pay for."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, and is within walking distance of various attractions. The service staff is very enthusiastic, and a glass of welcome champagne was given on the day of arrival. Mr. Bora from the Omber bar specially made two cocktails according to my taste, thank you very much. The only drawback of the hotel is that I was given a room opposite the elevator, which was very noisy. In addition, the water temperature in the bathroom was not hot enough, I hope the hotel can improve it"
