Free hot water is available on the first floor. The beds are clean and comfortable, not stuffy, and good for sleeping. Essentially, two people can sleep in one bed without an issue. The showers on the first floor are a bit inconvenient, especially since I was on the second floor. Overall, the hygiene was very good, no problems there. Some drinks require payment with a wristband.

It's a mixed bag. On the upside, it's within walking distance of the train station, and the price is decent. Plus, there's a pedestrian street downstairs with lots of food options. The downsides are that the 'economy' room feels like an afterthought, a leftover space from other rooms. The layout is really odd, the room is small, and it definitely doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. The tea station was so badly designed that the kettle couldn't even sit flat. To top it off, the kettle was dusty and still had cold water left by the previous guest, clearly showing that this part hadn't been cleaned at all. The public area on the second floor is a highlight though; it's very pretty, a good spot to relax if you don't want to stay in your room.

The stay experience was excellent. The lobby was grand, the room hygiene was very good, and breakfast was abundant and delicious. There's also a gym, which is great for daily workouts, and the location is convenient.

Impeccably clean and spacious room with full kitchen and a comfy bed. Extremely convenient location adjacent to metro station and in the centre. I liked the working space as well and made use of luggage storage without no issues. Frequent fire alarms was the only issue that I would complain of(had 2 in 4 days). Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here if I were to visit Rotterdam again

The hotel staff were very friendly and happy to answer all our questions. The breakfast buffet was simple, but had everything I needed. The room facilities were complete. The hotel's location is very convenient, with tram and train stations nearby.

This hotel is a great choice for business trips to Rotterdam. It's centrally located with lots of shops nearby. Both the bathroom and the room itself were quite comfortable. Being so close to the train station means you won't be rushing to catch a train to Amsterdam for your flight!

There are many shop such as KFC,McDonald,cafe,Albert heijin supermarket.i have booked for 4people in One dorm including bathroom and one more bath room outside

Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard. The room was decent but unfortunately the window was right above the entrance as everyone is smoking right under it, so don't think about opening the window. We arrived and there was a sock on the smoke alarm, went downstairs to notify reception and another customer told us it had been there when he stayed days back. Clearly people smoking in rooms, but we couldn't smell it much so that's a plus. The reception staff came to take it down swiftly but it should have been caught way earlier by the cleaning staff! The bathroom was nice. WiFi worked great in rooms as well.
