The hotel is pretty good, clean and tidy. It's across from a park, but the location is a bit out of the way, and the bed was too small. The breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was delicious. The front desk staff were professional, and you can always count on a big brand. 😊

It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain. Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it. My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again.

This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.

The hotel's location is excellent – about a 10-minute walk from the cruise ship terminal and a 5-minute walk from the train station. It's also not far from the meeting points for day tours. Great location - short walk to the Muiderpoort station and a 5 mins train ride into Amsterdam Centraal! For the price, the accomodation was very reasonable and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. House keeping comes by everyday so you always have a clean room and towels. A fridge in the room is also very handy. Staff are there 24/7 and very helpful.  The walls are thin, so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear everything, so it could be annoying!  Overall, great stay in Amsterdam!

I was a bit worried after booking this hotel due to the bad reviews I saw but honestly my experience was absolutely fine. The room and bed was clean. It was quiet and the location was excellent. I was able to walk to everything but there’s a metro right outside too. The bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful
