"The place is quite good, right next to the airport, and it's its own little community. The room we booked had excellent facilities, the only downside was that the windows couldn't be opened. Although there was a kitchen, many things in it were dirty. Other than that, the overall experience was decent. However, on the first day, our sheets were dirty. Both the top sheet and the one underneath had many oil-like stains. We even found unwashed bloodstains. Since we discovered it late, there was no way to get them changed that day. We reported it to the front desk on the second day. The front desk agreed to change them for us and apologized. But that was all – just an apology. On the third day, there was no cleaning service, which is standard for most hotels. Therefore, I gave the service one star because there was absolutely no service at all."

The room was clean, fresh, and well designed, with a comfortable bed and everything needed for a relaxing visit. The hotel felt well maintained throughout, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, welcoming, and convenient. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The location is great for travellers who want easy access to the airport, nearby shops, restaurants, and Queenstown attractions, while staying slightly away from the busier town centre. The amenities were practical and suitable for both short stays and longer trips. Overall, it was a pleasant and reliable hotel with good value for money, and I would happily stay again."

"Due to the flight cancellation, we have to stay one more night in Queentown, a very good recommendation. The staff were so nice, and very good breakfast. We had a wonderful night. Near to the airport, only 25mins walking or 8 mins driving. For bus, you have to transfer twice."

"This was the worst hotel we stayed at during our South Island trip, which might be due to its low price. We booked it for one night because it was right across from the Onsen hot springs we had planned to visit. Firstly, I was really unhappy with the cleanliness. Maybe it's because the facilities are old, but the whole room felt dirty, especially the bathroom. The toilet even had issues. Secondly, it got very cold at night, and the heating unit was incredibly noisy. Plus, this was the only hotel on our entire trip that charged a $100 deposit, and it still hasn't been refunded by the end of our trip. When I called the front desk, they said it would take 7 business days, which is completely unreasonable!"

"I booked this hotel because I had an early 7 AM flight. It's easily accessible from Queenstown via bus route 1, and bus route 3 takes you to a supermarket near the airport, which is super convenient. I had originally planned to walk to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), but I easily caught a taxi at 5 AM for 20 NZD. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, especially a lady with a French accent. The front desk closes after 8 PM, but you can self-check-in/out with a key card. The room itself was well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, clean, and tidy, with kitchen facilities and a washing machine."

"Overall, I was quite satisfied with the hotel. It's located on a hillside road leading to the airport, so I'd really only recommend it for those driving. If you don't have a car, it would be quite inconvenient. There's an overnight parking fee for cars, but you can get a slight discount if you register as a hotel member. The breakfast was plentiful and suited Chinese tastes. The room had a fantastic view; our lake-view room directly faced a lake outside the window, allowing us to watch both the sunrise and sunset. However, there were mosquito-like insects in the room. I'm not sure what they were, but their bites were a bit itchy. What's more, their numbers seemed to increase daily; there were only a few on the first day, but by the third day, there were hundreds."

"We chose the Hilton again for our trip to Queenstown, New Zealand. While it's not right in the town center, transportation is super convenient. The hotel has its own water taxi that goes to and from the center daily. The first boat leaves at 8:15 AM, and then it's hourly after that. It costs 14 NZD per person and takes about 25 minutes. The last return trip is at 9:45 PM, and there's a timetable available at the front desk. The hotel is also only a ten-minute drive from the airport. The hotel's setting and views are absolutely beautiful, right on the lake. You can take a lovely stroll along the lakeside in the mornings, and the restaurant is right there, so you can enjoy the lake view while you eat. The hotel has a Western restaurant, a bar and restaurant, and a coffee shop. The breakfast buffet is served in the Western restaurant and opens at 6 AM, which is great for guests who want to get an early start on their sightseeing. The food selection is comprehensive and tasty too! We had dinner at the Western restaurant on our first night and it was excellent, the steak was fantastic! The bar and restaurant is also good; on our last day, we got back late from our Milford Sound tour and just ordered pizza and beer at the bar. The pizza was absolutely delicious! The bar atmosphere was great too! We booked a lake view king room, and the layout was nice, with full amenities. The hotel also has a pool, and the gym is open 24 hours. All in all, our stay and dining experience were very comfortable! Highly recommended!"

"The location is convenient, with supermarkets, shopping malls, and restaurants all within walking distance. However, it is about a 20-minute drive to Queenstown town centre. Parking is shared with the shopping mall, but we did not encounter any issues finding a space. Overall, the hotel is good in terms of cleanliness, location, and amenities. For service, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars. During check-out, there was no staff at the reception, and no one responded when we called for assistance. As we were rushing to catch a domestic flight, this was quite frustrating. Fortunately, a cleaner happened to walk by and helped by knocking on the office door, after which a staff member finally came out. I don’t think this level of service should occur at a hotel of this standard."

"Lovely place in a great location, very close to the bus stop. The room didn't have an electric blanket, but a heater was provided, which kept it warm. If you plan to cook, you'll need to rent kitchen utensils."

"The room was incredibly spacious and even had a microwave, which was great for heating up food purchased from the supermarket. It also boasted a large balcony with fantastic lake views. The only thing to be aware of is the steep uphill walk from town to the hotel, which could be a bit slippery in winter. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and a prime location."
