"Excellent stay at Hotel Elizabeth! We stayed in the Deluxe Quadruple Room for a night, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for a group. The location is excellent, peaceful yet accessible to key attractions in Baguio. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the amenities provided made our stay even better. Highly recommended for families and groups! 5/5 stars!"

The floors and general cleanliness are good, but I noticed dust on the walls. It's only worth it if you're solely looking for a good location, as there are no amenities, so there's no service to speak of. It's really just a lodge."

"The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The ”tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage."

"Had an awesome stay here at Lafaayette! The rooms were very clean, and the towels, linens, and complimentary kits were fancy and complete. We didn’t even need to call the front desk because everything we needed was already provided upon check-in. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was also very good. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of town, making it easy to get around. A great place indeed, truly the perfect combination of luxury and superb service. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

"Solid stay, but front desk service could be more consistent I’d give this Microtel a thumbs up for cleanliness and convenience. Being walking distance to Victory Liner made our spontaneous trip much easier. The room was tidy, the breakfast was worth it, and the free coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver. A tip for travelers: Book online! The walk-in rates were significantly higher. Also, while most staff were great, our check-in inquiry felt a bit cold—first impressions matter, regardless of how ”haggard” a traveler might look after a long trip. Lastly, don't expect to stream movies as the TV is basic. Overall a nice stay, but a bit more warmth at the front desk and a tech upgrade would make it 5 stars."

"Had a relaxing time and planned to come back again. Just noticed that vouchers were only given after asking about it - not that I'm all interested but regardless if the guest will use it or not, it should be given to the guest upfront upon check in. Overall, relaxing and have a great time with friends and family was achieved. Thank you and keep up the smiles."

"Biyan is their tourist attraction. Relatively speaking, the price is quite high.  But the disadvantage is that there is no elevator.  It is quite close to the viewing park. Then you need to drive for 10 minutes in the city."

"Overall our stay was ok. But i would not recommend it for guests planning for a staycation . Pros: ●Rooms are big and shower area is spacious, and water pressure for showers, bidet, and faucet are strong. ● Breakfast buffet is good ●Hotel Staffs are friendly and approachable. ●View is nice Cons: ●Although the hotel is relatively new, the amenities appear poorly maintained.” Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy. ●8th floor, place is not very well lit, especially at night.” ●Pool hours is not consistent with what is posted online. Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay."
