Everything perfect except location. New shopping mall to rise nearby putting the notel at odds with lcoation. Issues concerning hail riding apps to pinpoint exactly and no public transpo availability. However, staff, rooms, and amenities are a excellent. Staff are highly professional and efficient. Rooms are spacious and complete. Amenities are more than satisfeactory from its breakfast to snack options. A full restaurant service is not available, but wide range of snacks is from cooffee, tea, pastries, and a 24 hour convenience store right beside the lobby.

We are very happy with the amenities - huge TV, Jacuzzi, big washroom, and with chair massager! It is so convenient for us, especially with me because I just had surgery and I couldn’t roam around but wanted to entertain myself, so this massager is an absolute pleasure! Thank you. I’ve rated 4/5 on service because there’s no phone access for customer service and there’s no kettle, but they have mini bar/fridge.

You get what you paid for. The room was ok and clean but quite humid. The area has quite some noise in the morning but night time was fine, so you could have a good sleep. But the WiFi in my room was very very weak. I have to be near the door and toilet to have WiFi access. No WiFi access on bed or sitting near the table or the kitchen area. Staff are amazing and very helpful which was great. The lift was not working when I left and a staff helped me to take my suitcase down, which Iwas very much appreciated. There is a rooftop area with tables and chairs that you can chill. The swimming pool is there but not so big. Water seemed ok but I am not sure if it’s the water or floor of the pool making it look yellow. I only stayed for a night and didn’t know much about the area, but I saw some vendors downstairs. There are two entrances for the hotel. So, when you get Grab car or food, you will need to communicate with the driver which entrance you or they are. The hotel is a bit old. They provided towels and shower gel but no hairdryer. Maybe they have one if ask. The shower water is not very hot but enough for a comfortable shower. Except i felt and smelled a bit humidity in the room, with this price, nothing much to complain about and i consider it as a good stay!

Top service, though rooms getting run down a little and it's not the same as it was before. At the shower the water stays up, smelly, not completely clean. Though it's a calm and good location, elevator, easy to communicate with the reception. Would stay again.

The room was nice! The reception is very attentive and sweet, the room comes with a small hotel kit with toothbrush, soaps, etc. Towels are clean and they will have the maid come in and clean whenever requested. The location is nice right next to pharmacy, RJ Bulalo which is quite famous, and my favorite local coffee shop Chlo coffee. AC is powerful so cools down fast and the wifi is not bad. Not much storage in the room- otherwise had a really nice stay with them, was mostly outside but the staff is very attentive :)

I will definitely book here again, in my future visit to BGC. The location is good, very clean rooms with polite staffs and guards. The lobby may feel cramped since there are a lot of guests even in the waiting area for elevator. A hair dryer is also available while press iron (for clothes) is available upon request. Over-all experience is great. I booked same day and still got a good deal and value for money.

I love the cleanliness and how they made everything white. The tiles used on the flooring (room, bathroom) are easy to clean using a rag when wet. I also enjoyed my lunch at Mandala Restaurant (offers mediterrenean food like Chicken/Beef/Shrimp Biryani and Filipino food) located on the ground floor. I also had a good refreshing drink in the morning at Highlands Coffee (24hours open) which is just 5 mins away from the hotel. Beside it is Lawson Convenience Store.

The place is a nice spot very accessible. Staff are friendly and accommodating. But the room was dusty and the floor is full of sand when I came in. The cupboards were also dusty which made my skin react and nose. But I cleaned it my self so it’s okay. OVER ALL: THE PLACE IS GOOD.
