Hotels near Osmena Park in Davao City

This hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and all the appliances were working properly, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient since it’s just walking distance to Pryce Tower and nearby establishments. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy.

The room looks clean and functional, though relatively small and efficiently arranged. Enough parking space for vehicles

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help. We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay. The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests. One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe. Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The presence of a café and even a pastry/deli option made it easy to grab a light meal or snack without leaving the property. Location is another strong suit for Dusit Thani Residence. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals. At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility. That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns. There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking. A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects. Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. In conclusion: if you’re looking for a stay in Davao that offers more than just four walls — a place that feels both refined and welcoming — Dusit Thani Residence Davao delivers. Its attentive staff, well-appointed rooms, great amenities, and strategic location combine into a memorable experience. For those planning a trip to Davao, whether quick or extended, this hotel is a solid bet.

Booked 1 night for my daughter, room is spacious she said. People are courteous ☺️ she enjoyed the breakfast (she love pinoy food). Location is great!

The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

Nice hotel, the room was clean and tidy, plus it's super close to downtown which is convenient 👌. The only slight drawback was the shower pressure, it was a bit weak 😅🚿, and for breakfast, you need to order the night before. Overall, it's still good for a staycation if you want something accessible to everything! 🏨✨

The hotel is clean and the location is very accessible to get there the view is good and the service is good, highly recommended ☺️

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. My room was clean and spacious, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also quite good. The staff were all friendly and enthusiastic, providing thoughtful and attentive service, and communication was always smooth. The overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. It offers great value for money, and I had a wonderful experience staying here as a foreigner. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao while attending a work-related event, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay. One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus! The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. Don’t hesitate to book—your stay will be delightful!
