GGuest UserThe newly opened hotel had clean rooms and comfortable bedding! Since we arrived early, the restaurant prepared breakfast in advance, which was very kind of us! The driver who took us to the airport was very patient! Overall, a very pleasant night!

GGuest UserGreat experience from start to finish. The hotel provided courtesy pick up from airport. Were there on time and brought 2 cars to ensure that our luggage fitted. Check in was quick and efficient. Our request for adjacent rooms was accommodated. The hotel is immaculate with great rooms and facilities. The location next to the mall is very convenient. The breakfast buffet and room service was good. Best thing overall was the service provided by hotel staff everywhere. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

No proper parking available, imagine leaving your car outdoors in extreme weather, or walk at least 200m to your car on extreme days.
The first impression of the room was not good. Bedsheets, not proper white but giving and oldish look. Hotel was built some 25 years ago and bathroom has not been upgraded accordingly. Old style and only one fixed shower head in bath area. Two wall mounted paintings hanging in the room were a bit tilted, carpet on the floor also giving an old look.
I arrived around 4:00pm and was late for lunch, expected that fruit basket will be available in room upon arrival but nothing was there and i had to call at least three times, had to walk down to the reception as well to receive one.
Ordered food online and hotel entrance staff told me that outside food was not allowed, neither i was allowed to sit in open area and eat that food. Eventually, i had to fill a consent form and only then i was allowed to take food to my room.
On my day 2, i had a call multiple times to get tea/coffee items in my room. Took at least half an hour to get this mission accomplished.
Overall, hotel is not bad but these little details need attention to maintain a good standard.

JJason Smith_Wow what a wonderful stay of my life. Walk-Inn doing a great job punctual, Respectful and very professional staff.
The apartment was very Neat & clean and everything was perfectly in its place It was easy to access the mall.
The Margalla Hills view looked awesome from the windows. Overall my stay was great if you want to feel like home I fully recommend it to everyone to choose Walk-Inn for a better experience.

GGuest User✨ The appearance of this hotel is really stylish, and the night view lighting is awesome! 🌟 As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the warm service atmosphere. The front desk attitude was super good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly fragrant.💤 The air conditioning and hot water supply were very stable. The details were handled in place.👍 The overall experience exceeded expectations. I will choose here next time.🏡🏡

GGuest UserIt’s been a great stay at this hotel. Staff is nice and location is best. The only issue was hard pillows but the staff is nice enough to find a solution. Breakfast has limited options but overall great stay.

PPaul_GeoFIREI booked this accommodation many months in advance for my trip. Sunny (the hotel owner) is friendly and responsive. He offered to arrange the travel paperwork, airport transfer, and provided general advice relating to Pakistan and Islamabad. I asked him about postage stamps and postcards, and surprisingly, he was so kind to walk to the shop to take photos for some postcard booklet and arrange it for me as a welcome gift. I highly appreciated his warm hospitality very much. The breakfast at the hotel is also delicious. We had further conversation, then a catch-up dinner after my trip outside Islamabad. He is a young and ambitious guy with a bright future with a big dream to run and grow in the hospitality industry. I wish to revisit his hotel and meet him next time. Thanks very much for a good impression of Pakistan :)

AAMIR KHAN NPUThis is a separate apartment, BnB type, not a hotel. Cleanliness was good. There is no reception at all, the owner will contact you on phone only. No luggage storage facility. No facility of Suana, gym, swimming pool or children play area. All these facilities belong to another club which are all paid. Only Wifi is free and if you have car then you may park it on the service road on public road.
