"I stayed in September last year and was very satisfied, so I booked a room in May this year as well. This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) Still, the staffd were friendly and the location was excellent."

They readily held my luggage after check-out, and the ticket-based retrieval system gave me peace of mind. Water dispensers in the lobby and elevator halls on the guest floors were a great touch, allowing for free refills. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and there was plenty of seating, making for a relaxed meal."

"Very nice and clean apartment. There is a kitchen-studio, separate bedroom, balcony. There is a washing machine, all dishes, hair dryer, iron. Very convenient location. Metro in 1 minute! The view from the window is very cool!! Near the house there is a whole alley of restaurants and shops! 2 huge shopping centers nearby. To the train station on foot 10 minutes. In general I liked everything, if I am in Poland again I will definitely book this apartment again.)"

"Location is good, but the shower is far away from my bunk bed and it's downstairs. Staff can be helpful sometimes. The locker is small that you couldn't fit a luggage in or have enough space to put all your personal stuff. Strange rule: every time when you come in and out, you have to take off your shoes before going to upstairs (they will offer a pair of slippers), and they will take your shoes instead. So if nobody at the counter, you can't go out since your own shoes were kept in their storage."

"Great location! The hotel is located near to the Central Train Station, Palace of Culture, but a little bit far from Stare Miasto - Old Town. The rooms are excellent, they have everything you need. We slept on 11th with an amazing view towards the skyline of Warsaw. I absolutely recommend this place for your vacation or business trip."

"The location of the hotel is very near to cafes shops and restos also walking distance to malls and transpo very convenient for a one night stay. If you want to explore Warsaw for one night only😄 book here. But if you want to be more convenient to the hotel it is 6/10 for me. The place is nice what you need is there but that time when we booked the stay there is this person next to our room who i dont know if he is sick but coughing and sneezing all night that we cannot sleep well is a nightmare."

"The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and comfortable. We booked a double bed room for two, as it was the only option available at the time, but at check-in, they kindly offered us a free upgrade to a twin room, which we accepted. The breakfast offers a great variety and is absolutely delicious. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Warsaw Central Station, allowing us to drop off our luggage and start sightseeing right after arriving before check-in. The entrance is a bit hard to find, but it wasn't a problem."
