Horrible customer service, no reply for a day. Asked only to change dates of my stay nothing else. I've changed travel tickets twice list 30 dollars on it Because they weren't answering I've booked another place for 2 days, claimed free cancelation three times it was rejected by Trip.com and still no answer from Noli so I canceled another stay lost on cancelation 70 Dollars and came to see what the property and people are working there. They have a camera everywhere but noone came to help me to check in even after messaging to Trip.com customer service, was able to reach them only by call after almost one hour of trying to check in. And the code they asking while checking in is different from your booking so think twice before choosing this place. -10 Horrible customer service.

The area around the hostel was dimly lit, which made me a little uneasy, but the facility was clean and breakfast was included! I met a female solo traveler who shared a room with me at the hostel, and we went sightseeing together the next day! It was a truly fateful encounter.^^ This pizza place about a 10-minute walk away is new and highly recommended!

The hotel isn't located in the city center or the old town. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town and other attractions, and about a 15-minute scooter ride to the central train station. It's not too remote, though, and is close to major intersections, making it safe to return home alone at night. The hotel also appears to be located within a music conservatory, with many young students coming and going every morning and evening, though they're all very quiet and not noisy. The lobby door is small and retro, making it a bit difficult to find. Initially, I seemed to have walked into someone else's conservatory by mistake. 🤣 Although I arrived before check-in time, my room was cleaned and I was able to check in right away. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful. When I needed to replenish my room, they were very helpful. 😆 The single room was quite spacious, with plenty of room for luggage and other items. The windows opened for excellent ventilation, and although it faced the main road, the soundproofing was excellent when the windows were closed. However, the soundproofing between the room door and the floor was not very good. I was so tired and slept well, so it didn't bother me. The room cleanliness and bedding quality were both acceptable. Although it's an older hotel, the amenities were still quite good. The room door is locked and opened with a key. While it can't be opened from the outside without the key, I usually lock it after entering for safety reasons. The key is connected to the power card, so every time I close the door, I have to use a flashlight to lock it in the dark. 😂 This is a bit inconvenient... I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, so I don't know the quality, so I can't comment on it. All in all, it was a very pleasant three-day stay here on a solo trip to Gdansk.

Great location, breakfast was fab. We arrived much later due to delays and no issues, bed was comdy and room clean with amenities.

Everything is great. The room is large, there is a microwave, the bathroom is little dirty from previous guests. on the second day, there was no cleaning and no shower gel. I asked the receptionist about the shower gel, but they just shrugged their shoulders Gdansk is a beautiful city.

Room was really big for solo travellers. The hotel is located opposite Gdansk Glowny Station, which you can cross the road or take the underpass.

One of the most satisfied hostels I’ve stayed in Europe at such good price. 24/7 reception. Free water refill machine. Free good wifi. Separated male and female toilet and shower rooms (all in same floor tho), all-in-one shower gel(?) and hair dryers equipped. Many lockers on the floor (need to ask reception for the lock I think but not sure). New bed sheet, duvet sheet and pillow case provided. Very clean overall. Each bed has own x1 plug for charging and x1 reading light. View is amazing. Very good location (close to old town). Stunning view on rooftop (I didn’t upload the pics for the view tho), residents can get drinks there. Staff are very efficient and helpful, even the residents are really nice. The rooms and washroom/toilet are bright and spacious. Bins in each room. Restaurant right on G/F. AND the convenience store is just 1 min away. Kitchen with fridge, cups and utensils equipped, although the pan and pots are a bit old(?), I don’t need to cook anyway. Luggage storage available for residents. I feel very safe as a solo female traveler. I booked this only the night before but didn’t expect I would be this satisfied, what a good surprise to me. Making my experience here extra good.

Fantastyczne miejsce, pomocna i uprzejma obsluga, wszedzie czysto, wyposazenie pokoju kompletne. Bardzo wygodne lozka. Blisko do śródmieścia. Po calodziennym zwiedzaniu mozna skorzystac z sauny i silowni oraz bilarda czy pilkarzykow w czesci wspolnej. Szczerze polecam to miejsce.

Overall stay is good Very close to old town The only setback is pillow is small and soft. If I be back will stay there again Near main train station Outside view of the room is very beatuiful Walking distant to main train station. Nearby has a shopping mall
