"The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm."

"Overall, everything was okay, but I'd give it a four-star rating. The floor near the window in the room was a bit dirty, which was noticeable when walking barefoot. The stopper in the bathroom sink wouldn't stay up, and if it dropped, the water wouldn't drain. I had to improvise and prop it up with my contact lens case to let the water out. The main drawback, however, is that if your room faces the courtyard, there's a strange humming sound, almost like electrical wires. It's so persistent it really gets to your head, making it impossible to sleep with the window open (and even unbearable to be in the room during the day when the sound is present). Plus, there's no air conditioning in the room to make it comfortable with the window closed. Honestly, this was the biggest downside for me. Unfortunately, they couldn't move me to another room."

"It was a good experience to stay at Oki Doki hostel but some things could be better. Kitchem was clean but it could have more tools. Rooms were really good and wr felt like it wasnt a hostel at all. Maybe social events could have been better but still it was a good stay."

"This is world class standard hotel of you think about level of cleanliness and world hotel standards. Rooms are very small but well designed. Elevator system is very modern with clean air. Breakfast is European style, you can e enjoy it. Location is great, just few minutes walk to the teatro on the crossing to the palace of culture and sience"

"We stayed at the Royal Tulip on January 1-2. To be fair, there are several positives about this hotel. The property itself is quite nice, the amenities are good, and we really enjoyed the wide assortment of food available. Unfortunately, a major plumbing issue and poor customer service entirely ruined our experience. Throughout the night, the pipes in our room made a loud, persistent noise , it was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. The only temporary fix was for me to get out of bed and flush the toilet several times, which seemed to adjust the pipes for a short while before the noise started all over again. We might have been more understanding if the staff had handled it well, but the front desk's reaction was incredibly disappointing. When we reported the issue, the staff member basically brushed us off with a dismissive ”yeah we'll check it out.” There was no apology or empathy, and it honestly felt like they either didn't care at all or already knew about the problem and just didn't want to deal with it. A beautiful hotel and good food mean very little if you can't get a good night's sleep and the staff is indifferent to your experience. We left feeling frustrated and unfortunately won't be returning, on the same trip we stayed at Novotel also, and did not have these issues at all.."

"The capsule hotel is well-located and, generally, the facilities are adequate. The capsules are spacious, well-lit, and the environment is usually quiet, plus there are generous common areas. Something they should mention is that the dormitory is on the second floor with no elevator, which is important for those with mobility issues. The staff, however, were always friendly. The worst part of my experience was not having hot water throughout my entire stay, which prevented me from fully enjoying the accommodation. It's a shame because it could have been a much better experience."

"Beautiful environment, great location with convenient transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "The hotel is simply excellent, I will definitely go back there, the only thing we didn't like was the man at the reception, we were in this hotel in November for 4 days, but we decided to stay two days more, we decided to ask the price for 2 days, the man said $370, and we had to rent a room in another hotel and leave, but when we looked online the price for the hotel was much lower than he said, we bought another day at this hotel for $116, it was unpleasant to go back and forth from different hotels, and it seemed to me that the man at the reception was arrogant, that it was awkward to say we won’t pay $370 for two nights, we felt uncomfortable… Overall the hotel is super"

"Excellent location. 3 minutes from the train to & from airport. 5 minutes from train station to other cities. Service is good, hotel is clean, breakfast is above average. Bed a little bit too soft for me. I will recommend this hotel for Warsaw!"
