This hotel boasts an unbeatable location near the Arc de Triomphe and shopping streets, with a beautifully decorated, tourist-grade lobby. đš The light green roof visible from the small balcony of room 403 was absolutely stunning. đ
The front desk staff were generally pleasant; the female staff spoke fluent English and were very kind, while the male staff were a bit more reserved, but overall, it was fine. We went to drop off our luggage early, and they even called or WhatsApped us to let us know when our room was ready and brought our bags up for us â a pleasant surprise given the typically slow pace of service in Portugal. The velvet interior of the lobby was so luxurious it made me forget the taste of the welcome cocktail I received. đ·đč
Most importantly, the room was immaculately clean, with not a speck of dust on the TV or picture frames. The selection of teas, coffee, and even a washing machine made me regret only staying for one night. If I ever come back to Portugal, I would definitely book this accommodation again. đ°đ·đȘđž
Excellent location - It was just a few minutes' walk from the metro station and very close to Parque Eduardo VII, where the Christmas market was (and I enjoyed it very much!).
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I encountered some problems on arrival, and they sorted them out immediately. Give them a bug thumbs up.
The facilities were basic but had everything I needed. Given such a cheap price, I won't ask for more.
I felt a bit cold at night even though I had a hot water bottle. I was staying on the top floor and it was December (I feel cold easily anyway). Maybe they can try to make it warmer?

The room was clean. It was a Hollywood twin room with soft beds and two types of pillows, two of each, plus two extra cushions. There were power outlets by the bed, and light switches on both sides of the bed.
The shower was handheld, but the drainage was poor. Be careful, as the water will overflow towards the toilet if you keep it running. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only a combined soap dispenser.
The male staff member at night was completely unfriendly. The location was convenient, just 200m to the above-ground entrance of Baixa-Chiado station and a 2-minute walk to Tram 28 stop.
The mobile signal was bad, so the hotel's Wi-Fi was essential.

Everything was great â the location is very convenient, close to the train station, making it easy to get around and walk to attractions. The staff were also very friendly. The only drawback was that the shower kept automatically shutting off, so I had to keep pressing the button while showering, which was a bit inconvenient. The common area and rooftop cafe were also very nice.

Excellent location as it is in town centre. We could get to all our targeted sites by walking. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Â
Room size is adequate. Bathroom is sufficiently equipped. What can be improved is the shower tray space - very tight ! Â
Reception staff are helpful and courteous regardless of which shifts. Keep it up !

Recommended for central location if you want to walk to all the 'must see' sites in Lisbon. The room was compact, yet still reasonably spacious, and I was only there to sleep anyway. The room is clean and the bed comfortable.
Unfortunately, there was a mild sewage smell coming from either the sink, toilet or shower (couldn't figure out which!). That wasn't great when you're trying to get to sleep. I suppose I could have asked for another room but, not only was I barely there, the receptionist from mid/late afternoon to evening shift wasn't customer-friendly at all. He definitely shouldn't be front of house! So I didn't feel I could ask for another room basically.
Aside from this, I would still recommend this hotel as a good, clean, comfortable and central base. I also thought it was right for the price.
We had a great stay at Moon & Sun Hotel in Lisbon. If youâre looking for a centrally located hotel thatâs perfect for exploring the city, this is an excellent choice. The location is idealâwithin walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to discover Lisbon without needing a Taxi/Uber/Bolt.
The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. While they are on the smaller side, theyâre perfect for travelers who want a comfortable place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. If youâre planning to spend most of your time exploring the city rather than lounging in your room, this hotel offers great value for money.
The service was outstanding. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. They were also very accommodatingâwhen I requested a different pillow for better comfort, they replaced it immediately, and when we asked for mint to be brought to our room, they did so at no extra charge. Small gestures like these really made us feel welcome.
Overall, Moon & Sun Hotel was exactly what we were looking forâclean, comfortable, and centrally located, with a high level of service. Itâs a great option for couples or anyone who wants to explore Lisbon with ease while staying in a well-priced, stylish hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

The hardware wasn't great, but the software was. The room I was given was an oddly shaped room with a strangely divided layout. The space was cramped and limited room for movement. The window was small and located at the end of the toilet, far from the bed and door frame, resulting in poor air circulation and a bad smell. The toilet had separate wet and dry areas, but the toilet bowl faced the wall. How could anyone sit in it? How thin do you have to be to sit properly on it? I don't know how it was designed, but I had to sit sideways, which was very uncomfortable every time I went to the bathroom. The toilet paper was also very thin and of poor quality, with only one layer, which tore easily. I ended up using my own. There were no slippers or a kettle. Luckily, I was alone and only stayed one night, so my stay felt like an old guesthouse in a small town in China. The good thing was the location and front desk service. It's a great location, right in the heart of the old town, close to everything on foot. There are tons of restaurants, shops, and egg tart shops right outside, and the Rossio subway station is also very convenient. The front desk đ has a very good attitude. There was no fork in the instant noodles I bought, so the front desk lent me a pair of knife and forkđŽ. The attitude is very good and responsive.

Glad to know this area of Lisbon because of the hotel conversion. I think it is worth it in Lisbon with the facilities inside the hotel. Although it is in the old town of Portugal, the interior of the hotel is clean and well equipped, and the owner's intimate and delicateness can be seen everywhere. Although the price is a little higher. It is recommended that a microwave oven will be more perfect.

Super fun! The staff are very friendly. The whole hotel and rooms are whimsical and fun. Excellent location right on pink street. The windows are triple thick and the noise is minimal at best. There were complimentary ear buds but we didn't even need them. We really enjoyed out stay and hope to come back again soon!

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is a little over a kilometer downhill from the old town. While it's a bit of a distance from the main tourist attractions, both the bus and metro stations aren't too far, and the surrounding area is very quiet. Taxis are also cheap and convenient.
The young front desk staff were all very warm and welcoming; anything we needed was brought up right away.
Every night at 10 PM, the hotel has a 15-minute light show featuring many of Lisbon's sights. I missed it the first night, but I made an effort to watch it the second night, and it was quite interesting.
GGuest UserFrom start to finish Dom Carlos Park did not disappoint.
Helpful staff took our bag up stairs on arrival.
Storage was available until our room was ready, map was given when requested to help us find our bearings.
Room clean with fridge with selection of minibar which could be purchased, safe was also available.
Towels were large and fluffy. Bed comfortable, with lovely pillows, black out curtains to help sleep.
Room service used first night with excellent food .
Breakfast was excellent good range of food. It was occasional busy and we were asked to wait in the lounge area but again well looked after and as soon as space was available we were taken in to wait.
Hotel is in a good location, a gentle walk down the avenue liberdade everyday to where the action is, such as Rossio Station where we caught the train to Sintra.
Great hotel would stay again.

GGuest UserTop-notch hotel, excellent services, cleanliness, courtesy, and helpfulness. I always have a wonderful stay when I manage to find availability at Hotel Roma.
AAihechadeyangguangmaoThe location of the hotel is excellent and the facilities are very good. But the service is really bad. First, the friend's room can't be done. Find the service staff to wait for a long time! It is very troublesome to check in.
TTravelTime11Nice hotel with friendly staff particularly the young lady at the spa reception. Nice sauna, jacuzzi and gym for use. Quiet area close enough to the heart of lisbon. Totally recommending this place.
GGuest UserThe room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.
AAnonymous UserThe room with bathroom inside the room with balcony.
No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy.
There is elevator, no problems with luggage.
There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
ì±ì±ëł”It was hard to find at first, but it was my fault.
But the facilities are so good and the cleanliness is like a high-end hotel.
You have to check in yourself, but when there is a staff member, they will help you.
I moved to another hotel now, and I regret it so much.
AAnonymous UserGiven the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items.
