This hotel offers an excellent stay experience. The rooms are clean, tidy and well-ventilated with cosy bedding. The staff are warm and considerate. Boasting a prime location and great value for money, it is highly recommended!

The environment is very good, the front desk is 24h, but there is a little location to come in. In fact, the decoration looks very good at the door of the store. It is recommended that the merchant treat the pine nut pattern as a trademark, because the phone will not speak Russian... You can find it yourself. There are two bathrooms and two sinks on the second floor. The heating is also sufficient. The third floor is a large restaurant where you can cook. The decoration is very good, simple and advanced. The mattress is too soft. I feel like I have been beaten when I wake up.

The room was relatively clean, but small. It was easy to find by taxi, and there's a delicious Russian restaurant next door (Figure 2). It's close to attractions and the city center, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's best to ask for a ground-floor room when checking in, as there will be a lot of pedestrian traffic. The hotel can provide proof of residency.

We stayed twice (October 6, 2025 and October 17, 2025). The location is excellent—close to the airport and no road noise. Wonderful, helpful staff—from reception to room service from the restaurant. The breakfasts are wonderful, in a cozy restaurant. The food at the Okhotnikov restaurant is a whole other story! Huge portions, delicious food...and, for especially picky little guests, they even prepare porridge, mashed potatoes, and salad. 🙏 I'm very grateful to the staff! Any request I make by calling reception is fulfilled immediately, without long waits—both from the maid and from the restaurant. Thank you for your work! I won't look for other options anymore; we will only stay at Zvezda. 🫶🏻

I really loved this hotel! It was clean, cozy, and modern. The room was excellent and had everything you could need (dental kit, bathrobes, safe...). The dispensers in the bathroom were very convenient! 👍 The breakfast was superb! The food (from the main menu) and service in the restaurant were wonderful. The staff were also very friendly and customer-oriented! All in all, a solid 5 stars!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with both buses and marshrutkas stopping right in front. There's no need to call a taxi; you can simply take the #80 bus to the airport. After shopping at the Central Market, I found it very helpful to catch the #425 marshrutka, which also stops directly outside the hotel. From Kirov Square, near the hotel, you can even take a tram that goes all the way to the 130 Kvartal area. Kirov Square also features a charming log cabin that serves as a tourist information center. Right next door to the hotel, to the north, there's a 24-hour supermarket, which was perfect for picking up souvenirs.

The hotel from my past is as if in the 80s returned. On the facade of 3 stars, in reality everything is very sad. Beds are very narrow, not more than 80cm , mattresses are very uncomfortable, springs are torched . The mattress requires either a top or a mattress at least 5 cm. For a large person it will be uncomfortable to sleep on a narrow bed. Pushers at the same time two, demolition, bed clean, it was delighted. In the room there is a refrigerator that had to be turned off, very loud. There is a teapot, a bowl and glasses, but water is not put. There is a cooler on the floor, it may be supposed to run to it with a teapot. There is no tea, coffee and so on. Why the teapot, I didn't understand. There were towels in the bathroom and some bags with shampoo. No use. Among the advantages of the proximity to the airport, it is evident from here and the price as at a good hotel in the city. We needed to stay overnight as it was an early departure but failed to rest. From the corridor 100% hearing and inconvenience of beds led our attempts to none. For breakfast didn't go, so I can't say anything. Hotel is not recommended.

When I booked the room, I was sure there would be a private restroom and shower, but upon check-in, I discovered the facilities were shared. Please note this! It's very important to me that the facilities are private, so if this is also critical for you, I don't recommend this hotel (hostel). Another thing that bothered me was that the doors to the common areas don't lock at night, meaning anyone can come in. The common doors leading from the elevator also don't have any kind of combination lock. The management said there were cameras everywhere, but for me personally, cameras can't stop me from doing something while I'm in the act; they can be used in court after the fact. So, this detail also caused me discomfort. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, conveniently located, nice courtyard, and we booked through the app without any additional paperwork or passport scans.

We stayed for a couple of hours between flights. The room was right by the entrance, it was cool, and smelled strongly of cigarettes. We could also hear someone ringing the doorbell and entering and exiting the hotel.
