The location is excellent, and the area is lively with all amenities. The staff at the front desk are very respectful and helpful.

The whole hotel has a strong musk scent, so the rooms need to be ventilated. To use the hot water in the shower, you need to turn on the main power switch on the outside wall of the bathroom, which was a bit confusing. The drainage was weak, and the toilet and sink got flooded. You can walk to the fountain through the park. It's just the right distance for a stroll.

Beautiful and quiet. It's a special location. Reexperience him again.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The biggest advantage is the staff at the front desk – they are genuine sweethearts, always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was especially pleased to find a separate, well-equipped fitness room for women – a thoughtful and much-appreciated feature. The breakfast offered a good variety, and while the selection was similar each day, it was more than sufficient to start the morning. The hotel’s location is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay

Hotel location is very good, reception staff was so cooperative, housekeeping is perfect. the only one comment is that wall partitions between the rooms are not isolating the voices properly which was a little annoying.

It was very nice 2 days vacation with my wife we stayed at la Richy hotel we did like the hotel room was super clean they served nice breakfast but there was no coffee machine but it is OK we found a good speciality coffee shop not too far. Only one aspect we didn't like we came V. Tired at 2: 45 pm they said that our suite room is not ready I wait 15 minutes asking about it and there was the manager man and he didn't bother even to ****** our anger .but there was young little Saudi polit girls she managed the problem and we get the room at about 3:14 pm

Hôtel plutôt bien situé. Il est à moins de 15min en taxi du Souk AL Balad, il y a un centre commercial non loin et des commerces de proximité. Toutefois, il y a un sacré problème d'humidité dans les chambres qu'on avait (manque d'aération) et le personnel n'est pas très réactif pour fournir de l'eau en période de forte chaleur contrairement aux autres hôtels qui mettent à disposition une fontaine à eau ou des bouteilles d'eau etc. Dans l'ensemble ça reste un hôtel propre et bon prix.

I arrived before 2pm (start of checkin) and they let me enter my room. I was so lucky and thankful as my journey to Jeddah was tiring :-) In between my stays I often asked the reception to send the housekeeping into my room to set it up a little bit when I’m off in the city and the housekeeping did an excellent job! Everything was clean and well equipped. And I got my water and coffee daily. The area around this Ibis hotel is okayish. Could be better and without a car it can be dangerous, too as there is a highway with lots of traffic next to it. But I somehow managed it to walk some distances although Jeddah isn’t a walkable city. The closest supermarket is as Danube and about a 20 minute walk. The closest bus stop to get to the historic city center of Jeddah was also a 20 minute walk. Unfortunately on my last day the reception called me at around 11:30am and was asking why I didn’t check out. I told them that when I checked in I asked for a late checkout and the receptionist agreed to 1:30pm. I told him to type it into the system, but he didn’t. Otherwise no one would have called me before. Please update your staff especially when I did give a notice to do so and to avoid the calls when I need some proper rest before a long journey. All in all my experience was nice. I even visited the gym, which was well equipped. 5 stars goes to the excellent housekeeping!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Traveling from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, a group of four of us drove to this hotel and it was a great stay. The location is excellent, just 800 meters from King Fahd's Fountain, and there's a large supermarket nearby. The highway to the airport is also a short drive away. The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. While in Jeddah, we also drove to Mecca to see the exterior of the Grand Mosque. We were very satisfied with our three-night stay at this hotel.
