We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with modern furnishings. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality daily cleaning service. The view from the window is also very beautiful. Breakfast is rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. I recently stayed at Madinah Hilton as a solo traveler, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is exceptional—just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it very convenient for prayers at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable staying alone, and the excellent service made my visit even more memorable. I would definitely choose Madinah Hilton again on my next visit to Madinah and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the Prophet’s Mosque. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah (Aug 19-22) was below expectations. The room shown on the website does not match reality at all. I specifically booked a Partial Haram View room as advertised, but I was placed in a room with no view whatsoever. This is misleading. The price per night is too high compared to the actual quality and service provided. There are many other hotels in Madinah at the same price range with much better quality, facilities, and service. I do not recommend staying here at all. Very disappointing experience.

I was really impressed with the hotel, location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very clean and always had a pleasant smell all the time. Rooms were very spacious, even the bathroom was very big. Room had a safe, ironing board and tge complementary tea, coffee and water bottles, which I thought was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly, both the housekeeping and on reception. Always made you feel welcome and always offering to help. There are 4 lifts, which are quite fast but during peak times can take a while to get in and out of them. But to work around that, you just leave earier for prayers, Masjid Nabawi is less than 5 minutes away, so location was excellent and you have all eatery close by.

Had the best stay at movenpick madinah. Mr Ahmed at the reception was kind enough to upgrade us to an executive suite. Breakfast buffet was amazing, everything was freshly prepared and the service was impeccable. The housekeeping staff were so helpful, always attentive to little details and making sure that all our needs were met. Cleanliness was great and many elevators made it easy to access Haram during salah timings. More over the proximity to mosque was a plus point

This hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay on the green dome side, only 5 minutes walk. And the hotel is right next to saffiya museum and the new restaurants, so many good ones to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, and cheap pakistani food is also available, and lots of clothes shops. So everything is nearby. Only ladies prayer area is further away, but I didn't mind walking.

The Pros: Unmatched Location & Heartwarming Service Dream Location for Female Pilgrims: The absolute biggest selling point. It is less than a 3 to 4-minute walk to the women’s prayer area, with Gates 329 and 330 being the absolute closest. Convenient Amenities Nearby: The Nusuk Center is right next door, and there is a children’s nursery within a 10-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for families. Outstanding Housekeeping & Concierge: The service from the ground staff is exceptional. The Bangladeshi staff members are incredibly kind, sweet, and genuinely wonderful people who elevate the stay. Great Breakfast Experience: The breakfast team does a fantastic job. The live omelet station and the pancake/waffle station are definitive highlights. Abundant Dining Options: You are completely spoiled for choice. The hotel is literally opposite Hardee's, KFC, and Karak Express. Al Tazaj is nearby, alongside great cafes like Brew 92 for high-quality coffee. The Cons: Dated Infrastructure & Front Desk Friction Aging & Faulty Bathrooms: While the hotel looks grand from the outside, the interior infrastructure is noticeably old. Even after changing rooms twice, the bathrooms had major design and maintenance issues: Severe water leakage across the entire floor every time you shower (whether in a bathtub or regular shower setup), resulting in a constantly wet room. Cramped layout where the commode is practically at the brink of the bathroom door, leaving almost no space. Visible mold in the toilets. Unhelpful Reception Staff: The front desk team lacks friendliness and clear communication. Late Check-Out Hassles: Despite booking a guaranteed 6:00 PM late check-out via Trip.com, the hotel refused to fully honor it. It required tedious coordination with 3-4 different staff members just to get a slight extension past the standard 12:00 PM slot. Final Thoughts While Millennium hotels are generally convenient for airport access, the internal wear-and-tear here is tough to ignore. It remains a solid option solely for its proximity to the Holy Mosque, but at this premium price point, you can likely find newer, better-maintained properties in Madinah.

The hotel was perfectly located near the Masjid al Nabawi and restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and accommodate my request for early check in. Highly recommend the hotel.

Such a humble accommodation from a 3 star hotel. Receptionist gave us a “suite” connecting room since we came with our family. Housekeeping was always accessible and would come clean your trash every now and then when you place it outside. There are quite a number of eateries and a cafe around the hotel without going further. We chose this hotel because it’s a straight walk to Masjid Nabawi from this place and only 2 streets away and close to the ladies’ gate.

I payed for a 2 room signature suite. The rooms were very small. Not enough sockets, could only open the the fridge a fraction as the bed was in the way. The safe didn’t work properly either.
