"This is a newly opened hotel, so all the room facilities are quite new. The infinity pool on the rooftop is absolutely amazing, and when night falls, you can sit by the pool and enjoy the nearby mountain views. Kids can play safely in the smaller pool without much worry. The hotel is just a leisurely ten-minute stroll to One Nimman and Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center, and it's also very close to Chiang Mai University. Yesterday, I even found a Muay Thai gym for the kids nearby, only about a ten-minute walk away – it's incredibly convenient! The front desk staff are all very patient, and any issues we had during our stay were resolved perfectly. One of the kind young men speaks Chinese, so communication was a breeze. We originally booked for two nights, but decided to extend our stay for another day right away. My friends' family was also very satisfied!"

"The hotel is great and located right in the city center. The staff provided good service. Below the hotel, there's a Hangouts bar where we could socialize at night, which was really convenient. However, the downside is that I found the room a bit too dark with not enough lighting."

"Location: The hotel's location is very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Nimman. Right outside T7, there's a 7-Eleven and many restaurants. Lot is also nearby, and there are many clothing stores. Facilities: The hotel's swimming pool and gym are both in T1. This time, I stayed on a high floor in T7 and heard absolutely no noise from the T6 bar at night. Food: The hotel breakfast was decent, and the selection was quite varied. Service: The hotel staff were polite, but they told me the wrong breakfast time, causing me to miss breakfast on the first day."

You could easily spend half a day just at the hotel – the facilities are fantastic! For aviation enthusiasts, you can even see planes flying over the hotel! It's absolutely brilliant! Of course, because of the planes, it can get a little noisy ☹️. 🧼Cleanliness: Very good, much cleaner than I expected, with no major issues. However, a small suggestion for the hotel: the cleaning under the beds could be more thorough; it could use a good clean. 💁‍♂️Service: Very enthusiastic! 🍭Value for money: Excellent value, especially if you booked the hotel for 160-260 HKD. 📍Transportation: Very convenient. It's only about a twenty-minute drive from the airport, and getting to the old city center by motorbike takes just over ten minutes. It's convenient to get anywhere as it's located on the main road."

"Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was simple but had everything I needed: a hairdryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. It can accommodate four adults with two twin beds and a bunk bed. The shower pressure was great, making it excellent value for money. Breakfast was incredibly satisfying and comprehensive, with drinks, milk, yogurt, salad, and fruit. They had Western-style fried eggs, Thai stir-fries, and the waffles and jam were absolutely delicious! There was also rice, fried rice, congee, and soup – truly fantastic value! The staff were all super friendly. I'll definitely choose this place again if I have the chance."

"This hotel has a lot of character! It's got a really distinct style. However, the facilities are quite old-fashioned. There are too many cupboards, all empty and unnecessary, which felt a bit eerie. The vintage beds, tables, and dressing tables gave it a slightly ancient, almost spooky vibe. I was a bit scared, but I slept pretty well because the bed was comfortable! Though, there were bugs, cockroaches, and ants 😂. I ended up changing rooms later. Breakfast was just okay; there was a good variety though! The coffee was indeed excellent! I still miss it after leaving!"

The staff are quick to provide towels when you go for a swim, which is a great touch! 👍 Don't miss the Malatang (Sichuan hot pot skewers) right outside the entrance – unexpectedly authentic Chongqing flavor! 😂👍 Just a two-minute walk to the university's back gate night market, which was a daily source of happiness returning to the hotel. A big thank you to all the staff for preparing our honeymoon room with rose petals and swan towels – it was such a delightful surprise!"

"The location is fantastic! It's less than a 10-minute walk to Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center, and One Nimman is right across from Maya. There are plenty of great food options, massage parlors, and even a street with bars right next to the hotel. Because of the bars, it can get a bit noisy at night (but after a long day of sightseeing, I was too tired to be bothered by the noise when sleeping – this might vary for others). The coffee stall downstairs during the day is amazing, and it's only 50 baht a cup! At night, there's an oyster stall that's incredibly delicious – you definitely have to try it! The service is also very good, and they offer luggage storage. All in all, it's excellent value for money."

"Before my trip, I read some reviews and saw quite a few negative ones, which made me a bit nervous. So, I initially booked for a week, thinking I'd switch hotels if it wasn't good, or extend my stay if it was. Well, my child and I ended up staying for two more weeks! First, let's talk about the location. It's super convenient for getting anywhere. There are tons of clothing boutiques, restaurants, and cafes near the hotel. It's an easy walk to One Nimman and Maya Mall every day. The hotel facilities are new, and if you communicate with housekeeping in advance, they absolutely won't disturb you. You just need to leave your trash bag outside your door, and the staff will collect it daily and leave fresh bottled water there. I rarely write reviews, but I'm writing this one because I want to offer some perspective to others who might be as anxious as I was after reading negative reviews. The noise issue is really subjective. My child and I are good sleepers, so we didn't find it to be a problem. If you're a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, I'd suggest staying in a different area altogether, as Nimman is pretty much the same everywhere. As for comments about poor water quality, it's well-known that Chiang Mai's water isn't great. We brought a filtering showerhead and faucet filters from home, and changing them every two days was perfectly fine. I really can't stand travelers who want it all. When you travel, you should come with an open mind to experience different cultures and landscapes. Don't be a 'giant baby' about life. To put it bluntly, if you have such high demands, you'd be better off staying in a five-star chain hotel or booking a villa with a private butler. 🏡"
