"This hotel is truly lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and I can genuinely recommend it. The location is a bit secluded, as the area is more of a party spot known for its Full Moon parties. When there isn't one, the place feels like a ghost town, and so does the hotel. So, if you're looking for peace and quiet, it's perfect. The service is exceptionally friendly and reliable. You have to keep in mind that there are tides, meaning the sea is shallow at certain times and you generally can't really swim. But the beach right outside is beautiful and unique."

"Excellent location, a picturesque spot. I believe it's the best part of Haad Rin beach. The bungalow is spacious and comes with a veranda. If I'm ever on Koh Phangan again, I'll definitely come back here. Monkeys, monitor lizards, and squirrels pass by. Birds and cicadas sing. There's construction happening nearby, but that will eventually finish. So, all that's left is to enjoy the beauty of this place."

"Lovely location at the top of the hill with a fantastic view over the sea and balcony particularly during sunset. Rustic bungalow/room which was charming in its simplicity but had started to show wear and tear (gap in top of door to balcony). Would have hoped for a kettle and free tea/coffee. But overall good stay-lady on reception very kind/friendly and allowed me early check in. Would stay here again for the price"

"First time in Koh Phangan and Bayshore hotel was an enjoyable experience. Very modern, clean place with exceptional personnel and great amenities. We have stayed in a Deluxe Cottage that was surrounded by greenery and nice shade had been there all the time. Hotel has a nice pool and surrounding area, and a clean and cozy beach. Breakfast experience is great too, very beautiful serving and polite staff. The distance from Thong sala pier is 25 minute by car. Hotel provides it's own good transfer in a gorgeous car by 300 thb let adult, child for free. Highly recommend this hotel for a quiet family vacation."

"Even though it was a short stay, we had a wonderful holiday. This is an excellent place to stay if you're looking for great value for money, cleanliness, an enjoyable breakfast, and a quiet environment to relax in. It has a balcony, and the sea is nearby (though not really suitable for swimming). Haad Rin Beach is less than a 10-minute walk away. There are also cafes, restaurants, laundry services, a 7-Eleven, and more nearby, so you'll have everything you need for your stay."

"We booked the deluxe villa with a bathroom because I was particularly drawn to the design of having a small pool in the courtyard. I used it daily, and the privacy felt palpable once I locked the front door. The rooms were well-separated, featuring a cozy living room with a ceiling fan, tables, chairs, and a TV. The bedroom and bathroom were decent-sized and equipped with all the essentials. The daily coffee and bottled water were a pleasant surprise. However, the reception staff were friendly, but the restaurant, bar, and breakfast staff were cold and unfriendly. We only needed to request a room cleaning once, and it was done quickly, but it didn’t feel thorough. Three ladies arrived with cleaning supplies, but they left within 3-5 minutes, changing the towels and water, but not doing much else. We believe you should request a room cleaning, at least that’s what we felt. The breakfast was basic and didn’t get replenished quickly. One morning, we had breakfast and discovered that the milk was spoiled. It had mixed with our coffee and cereal, so we had to leave it. The staff were always cold and unfriendly during breakfast and later at the bar and restaurant. On the positive side, the view from the pool was excellent, and it was peaceful and relaxing to be there. However, I noticed some weeds and smoke around the area, which made me feel a bit sick after inhaling it for a while, even though I’m a non-smoker. Also, there is a nice 711 across the road from the hotel, and it’s in walking distance to get to the haad rin beach"

"The service provided was exceptional; the staff were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived until the time I departed, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. As for the facilities, they were top-notch. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to every need. Whether it was the well-equipped gym, the relaxing spa, or the beautiful swimming pool, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city."

"Great stay, location is fantastic and extremely close to the beach but still very quiet at night. Kind of hidden away behind a gym so can be difficult to find but doesn’t take away from how nice the stay was. Would definitely recommend."

"Great stay, all of the staff were hard working, and friendly but Catalina, Moe and Aaron were exceptional and a credit to the team. Good location, comfortable room,big pool, plenty of beds, direct access to the beach, fabulous sunsets snd a short walk to Haadrin Walking Street, restaurants and its beach. The only negative was that smoking was permitted around the pool, it would’ve been a more pleasant experience if there were smoking and none smoking areas and it was enforced by staff."
