NnnapattThe front desk staff were different during check-in and check-out, but both were lovely and polite. They even walked me to the elevator and pressed the floor for me. Outside the room, it was quite noisy; I could hear every time other rooms opened or closed their doors. Inside, the bed was soft, the bathroom was clean, and the room smelled nice. My room faced the street, so I could hear the cars quite clearly. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend a room facing the road near the highway; definitely request a different one. Personally, it wasn't an issue for me. (There's a 1,000 baht cash deposit for the key card, which you get back at check-out).

GGuest UserIf you are looking for luxury this isn’t it, but if you want a clean room, comfy bed and really hospitable staff then yes. Amenities aren’t much but the room has a TV, kettle and you get the teas at check in or when you get cleaning service with 2 bottles of water. There isn’t much of a view but there, is anyways someone there to help you carry your bags. There is street food outside if you are willing to walk. It is safe and everyone is friendly. It was close to the regent condo my friend stayed at so it was convenient for me.

NNanlaphatOverall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made a good impression from the start. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay.
However, I noticed that there were no power outlets near the bedside, which made it slightly inconvenient to charge my phone or other devices at night. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding bedside outlets for better guest convenience in the future.
Aside from that, everything was satisfactory. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

GGuest UserThe palace was more like a small condo. Very dated and nothing flashy . However it had AC , fridge , tv , shower and modern toilet , security and cleaning service.
On the positive The location was close to 7/11 , temples , Big c shops , movies , international school and cosmetic hospitals only short walk or drive
One negative - no kettle
For the price I paid I think it was satisfactory .

AAbdulla HaseebI stayed at this hotel for more than a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with high-end appliances that made the stay feel comfortable and premium. The key card access system added an extra layer of security, and I truly appreciated how well my privacy was respected throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and, in terms of selection, easily deserves a 5-star rating. However, the service was not consistent every day. Since different crews were on duty, the experience varied — some mornings ran very smoothly with attentive service, while on other days it felt less organized. With more consistency, it would be outstanding.
The location is another big plus. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to stay away from the busy city life while still remaining connected. The Pink Line train station is just a 4-minute walk away, making transportation very convenient. The surrounding area also has many international branded food outlets and shops, so you’ll have plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for travelers looking for comfort, security, and a quieter environment with easy access to the city.

This hotel is really great! From its location to the parking and the rooms, all for a price that's just a few hundred baht! The hotel has parking available, and there's a Turtle Vending machine downstairs. The room was very clean, the bed was soft, and I slept soundly and comfortably. The only downside is that the room isn't very soundproof; you can hear outside noises, people walking by, and housekeepers cleaning. But overall, it's okay. You can check out at 12:00 PM, which is nice. All amenities are provided: hairdryer, toothbrush, shampoo, and soap. It's totally worth it!

Clean room, quiet, comfortable sleep.
Close to places to eat, easy to travel to, the staff are friendly and welcoming, well looked after and safe, but the entrance may be a bit difficult to see, but overall I'm very satisfied. If I have the opportunity, I'll go back and stay here again.
