We are generally happy with the stay. Free buffet breakfast starts at 6.30am ... and was sufficient for our halal-requirements. Staff were thoughtful and offered good prompt service ... from Front office, maintenance man, to bellboy and security, all were excellent. They speak acceptable English. However the sandal provided was not fresh and was used previously ... see photo. If you want to rent a scooter, there is a small rental shop just 50 meters to the left as you exit the hotel for 300baht per day.

Every time I come to Pattaya, I book this hotel. Although the location is a bit out of the way, the hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very enthusiastic. The most important thing is that it's very quiet at night for sleeping!

The accommodation was very clean, and there was plenty of parking. They have a swimming pool. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with their recommendations. A hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo are provided. It would be perfect if conditioner was also available! The water pressure was strong. I stayed on the 7th floor and the breeze was wonderful. The morning view was absolutely stunning.

I had a very good stay at Prima House Pattaya. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff are friendly and helpful, and overall the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. It’s a great option for travelers looking for a relaxing stay in Pattaya. However, as a digital nomad, I noticed one point that could be improved. There is no dedicated space for working on a laptop or computer. There is a café called Calender, but it closes at 17:00, which makes it difficult for people who work online or need a quiet place in the evening. I believe the hotel could do even better by adding a small co-working area or extending the café hours. This would make Prima House an excellent choice not only for tourists, but also for digital nomads and remote workers. Overall, a very good hotel with great potential.

I visited Pattaya during the holidays and chose the Ximeilin Hotel online. I initially didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my entire stay was. It turned out to be the best choice of the trip, and I'm genuinely writing this honest review. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's about a seven or eight-minute walk to the beach, and there are tons of convenience stores, restaurants, and street food stalls nearby. Going out at night for food or a stroll felt very safe, and we didn't need to bother with long taxi rides, which was a huge relief for independent travelers like us. Check-in was smooth. The front desk staff were polite and helpful without being overly enthusiastic; they were always ready to assist and simple Chinese communication was no problem. They even thoughtfully reminded us about precautions for beach activities. The process was efficient, and we didn't have to wait long. The room was more spacious than I expected, clean and tidy overall, with no strange odors. The bedding felt very fresh and dry, clearly well-washed. It was quiet at night; I hardly heard any outside noise, which allowed for several nights of sound sleep. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, toiletries were well-stocked, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was good – perfectly adequate for a comfortable daily stay. Housekeeping came promptly every day, tidying up efficiently without disturbing personal belongings, which was a reassuring detail. The hotel pool was very well-maintained with clear water; it was lovely to sit by the pool in my free time. The breakfast selection wasn't overly luxurious, but it was fresh and tasty, offering Chinese, Western, and local simple dishes. It was enough to eat well and satisfy, completely meeting expectations for this price point. Overall, my stay was genuinely comfortable with no unnecessary frills. The service, cleanliness, and location were all excellent, and it offers great value for money compared to similar hotels in Pattaya. I'd choose this hotel again next time I visit Pattaya and highly recommend it to friends planning an independent trip here. The experience was truly reassuring and well worth choosing.

The hotel is about 2 kilometers from the beach, and you can take a songthaew to Terminal 21, where there's a night market. The hotel pool water is clean and open from 8 AM to 6 PM. Breakfast is decent.

Excellent hotel for the price! The rooftop pool with a sea view extending to the horizon is fantastic, and the views of the Sanctuary of Truth are beautiful! The buffet breakfasts are tasty and clean. At first, we thought the location was a bit far, but then we realized that tuk-tuks go directly through the entire center to Walking Street, making everything feel much closer!

The room is big and spacious. The service is very good. The air conditioner is cool and very clean. The bathtub is big and nice. There is a separate bathroom and shower room. The bathroom is very spacious. The fitness center has a lot of good stuff. Both swimming pools are the best.

It's near the Sanctuary of Truth. It's a bit out of the way, but it has a pool, unlimited coffee and black tea, and two bottles of water daily. Even if you finish both bottles, there's a water dispenser near the pool with hot and cold water available. The pool water is clean, and since it's surrounded by resorts, it's quiet and pleasant. To get to Terminal 21, it's about a 10-minute ride on a songthaew for 10 baht, or a 30-minute walk. I recommend it for those who want a quiet stay. I saw on Google reviews that some guests who didn't book breakfast received coffee, bread, milk, and cereal, but that wasn't the case during my stay. It seems they only open the breakfast buffet if there are many guests who booked it. Anyway, breakfast is not included. The pricing is a bit tricky. Google Maps showed Agoda at 270 baht and Trip.com at 305 baht. I rebooked for May 10th to 17th, as they wouldn't compensate for my current two-day stay, and Trip.com is over 200 baht more expensive. I couldn't apply for compensation for my stay until today, so I'll let that go. I'm not sure if they'll compensate me for the 7-day booking. I've applied before and didn't get it, which is why I usually only use Agoda for hotels. I tried Trip.com this time because of my member status, but sure enough, it's 30 baht more expensive per day.
