This hotel is lovely. They actually have 5 hotels in total, so when you book, make sure to check carefully what kind of experience you're looking for. If you want more of a city feel, pick the Town Square. If you're after a harbor-side vibe, stay here. And if you want a mountain-side experience, you need to choose Sequesta. I didn't realize when I booked and just chose randomly, haha! The hotel itself is great. Summer must be the low season because it's incredibly hot and there are hardly any people, which is great for taking photos, but you have to be prepared for the heat. The staff are all very friendly and cheerful, always ready to assist. My only minor complaint is that for a hotel at this price point, the breakfast is incredibly mediocre. They have some bread, a few Thai dishes, mostly Western food, and some salads. It sounds like a lot when I type it out, but in reality, it felt very limited, especially considering the ridiculously high price, haha! Maybe I just had very high expectations.

My recent stay was fantastic. The location was perfect, and having self-parking available was a major plus. The entire property was spotless and beautifully designed, creating a very cozy cottage-style atmosphere. The amenities were great, and the service was top-notch. We also had the breakfast, which was delicious and very reasonably priced. I was impressed by the value across the board—from the room to the food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, charming, and well-run place to stay. Many good food options nearby too.

Great atmosphere, good location with lots of activities. The pool is beautiful, but the pool floor might be showing its age. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant has a stunning million-dollar view. The food tasted great, and the staff at all outlets provided excellent service.

I think breakfast can begin before 7 am for customer who want enjoy morning time in national park ..

Very excellent service. The front desk is very informative and helpful with thoughtfulness! We really enjoyed the moment during our stay there with their high range of security and privacy reserve area for customers, we satisfied that.

There was a problem with the hot water in our room on the day we checked in, so we couldn't shower, but everything else was great. The meals at Salsa were excellent; we could order six items for breakfast, but four were more than enough for us. The hotel's landscape design is top-notch.

We arrived on a day with light rain, the weather was nice and very peaceful. We stayed on a weekday, so there were very few guests, perfect for relaxing and chilling out. All the necessary amenities were provided, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We think we'd be even happier if we came towards the end or beginning of the year.

The camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.

The most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in! The estate is huge, you could easily spend a whole day here. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the upstairs bathroom is spacious with a great tub and a lovely view. Breakfast is delicious, served individually, and the Thai breakfast is a must-try. There's also a glass house, a small garden with swings nearby, and you can even feed the fish. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

The room was large and smelled nice, not stuffy at all. The bed was firm, but the pillows were soft. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were friendly, always smiling and polite. However, the housekeepers! The room was quite big, so it took a while for the AC to cool down; maybe a fan would be good. It's close to many tourist attractions. 👍
