Amazing
Ii2sweetThe environment here is absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable staying at this hotel. The service attitude is excellent; I can't find any faults. All the staff are very enthusiastic and welcoming, which made me feel so warm. They even prepared towel art for us, which was a really nice touch. The facilities are also new, and the pool is very clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Pattaya! I absolutely love it, this is a truly honest review.

XXXNINAThe hotel provided excellent service. When I checked in, the staff member gave me all the details about my stay and even walked me to the elevator (there's a 2000 baht cash deposit, which is refunded at check-out). The service was truly great. Every area of the hotel was beautifully decorated with lovely colors, plants, and furniture. The walk to the beach from the room wasn't far at all, and there's a medium-sized pool with a shallow section perfect for kids to play in and even swim. The color palette the hotel chose is really charming, making the poolside a very popular spot for photos. And the ocean itself is stunning! In the morning, they served a delicious breakfast with a fantastic spread of food and bakery items. It was impressive, I loved it.

JJuJu_JungThe rooms were excellent, very spacious, both the bedroom and the bathroom. The minibar is completely free and stocked with snacks, soft drinks, and Singha beer. From 2 PM to 5 PM, there's afternoon tea at the Sora Lounge. Happy Hour with drinks, cocktails, and beer is available at the Sora Lounge from 6 PM to 7:30 PM. There's a fire show on the beach from 8:30 PM to 8:45 PM. The breakfast was superb. You can have it at either the Sora Lounge or the main restaurant. At the Sora Lounge, you can order special menu items unlimited, though the buffet selection is smaller than at the main breakfast restaurant. Overall: Highly recommended! It's a great place with delicious food and excellent service from the staff. It's also located on a private beach.

I was incredibly impressed with my stay at Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach. The hotel is beautiful, with a lush, natural ambiance, making it feel like a private resort surrounded by abundant greenery. I felt relaxed from the moment I stepped in.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with the distinctive Andaz style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a full night's sleep. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and attentive to details, making me feel very well taken care of.
There are several beautiful pool zones, suitable for couples, families, and children alike. While the beach isn't as clear for swimming as an island beach, it's tranquil and perfect for a leisurely stroll to watch the sunset.
Breakfast offered a great variety, high quality, fresh ingredients, and a wide selection of both Thai and international dishes.
Overall, it's a fantastic hotel.

FFeixingbaolei28I don't understand why, despite having stayed here before (two years ago), they put me in a first-floor room with no pool view. Since I was with my child, we had mosquitoes and geckos coming in. The facilities at Renaissance Pattaya are old now. The private beach is quite nice though. It's too far from Terminal 21, which isn't very convenient. They have a shuttle at 12 PM and 4 PM, but no return service, which doesn't really meet the standards of a five-star hotel.

GGuest UserI spent over 5,000 THB for a 2-night stay (including pet fees), but it was a total waste of money.
The hotel looks beautiful and has a nice pool.
1. Noise is a major issue: The building is a converted condo, meaning the walls and doors are thin. I could hear people walking and talking in the hallway all day. My dog was constantly stressed and barking at the noise. I had to block the door with pillows just to get some rest.
The staff was unprofessional—housekeeping had loud phone notifications on while working near the rooms. Even after complaining, nothing changed.
2. Health Hazard: The provided hand soap caused a severe allergic reaction, leaving my hands cracked and bleeding.
3. Poor Management: When I complained, the staff just made excuses, blaming the condo structure. They offered a free fruit platter, but that doesn't fix the lack of sleep or the skin injury.
4. Room Maintenance: AC system was inconsistent.
If you want a peaceful vacation with your pet, AVOID this place. I've seen many 1-star reviews on Google saying the same thing, and I regret not believing them.

KKisrangkulHad a great stay at Oceanphere Pattaya. The villa was spacious, modern, and very clean. I especially liked having a private pool, which made the stay feel much more relaxing and private compared to a regular hotel.
The room was well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The atmosphere around the property was quiet, making it a good place to unwind. Staff were friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance.
The location is a bit away from the busy central area of Pattaya, but that’s actually what I enjoyed most. It was peaceful while still being a short drive to restaurants, cafes, and the beach.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a private getaway in Pattaya and would happily stay here again.

AAnonymous UserAircon failed function on 3.30 am.Hotel staff in night shift manage well to let me move to another room by leaving my stuff there as i really tired and sleepy. But in the morning the manager and cleaning team access to old room without asking permission since before the check out time and complain me that I have many stuff amd tell me want to help me for move. Which is i dont think that is the right protocol to do that. I feel it very rude to touching my staff without asking.

GGuest UserThis hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean.
The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss.
The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests.
The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough.
One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period.
This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel.
They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort
The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.
