I have to say, this was a truly memorable birthday trip for my wife. We were told check-in was at 3 PM and we were able to check in exactly at that time. I love that we got a full 24-hour stay. The room was spacious, not cramped at all, and had a nice sitting area. The jacuzzi tub was huge! The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Another thing I liked was that we could eat until 11 AM. I'll definitely consider staying at another U Hotels property if I have the chance.

🌳 This was my first time staying here, and I was very impressed with the service. The staff greeted me almost every time, and even the security guard greeted me and helped me to the parking lot. 🛏️ The room was quite spacious. It's just a short walk to the beach. The landscaping is beautifully done. 🥯 As for breakfast, it had everything – both Thai and Western dishes. There was a wide variety of fruits, like a whole orchard brought into the dining room! I especially loved the salmon cream cheese bagel; it was absolutely delicious (I didn't take a picture because I ate it all before I remembered 🤭). However, it was quite crowded, and at times we had to queue to get into the dining room. I understand this was because we visited during a long holiday weekend. Overall, I'm very impressed and give it 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overview This was our first time staying at the property, and overall, we found it to be a pleasant family-oriented destination with several positive highlights alongside a few areas for potential improvement. Service and Staff The service throughout our stay was exceptionally good. The staff members were consistently friendly, polite, and professional. Due to the holiday period, the hotel was operating at a high occupancy level, resulting in a minor wait during check-in; however, this was entirely within expected parameters. Housekeeping was equally reliable, with staff maintaining a high standard of professionalism and security within the guest rooms. Accommodations and Facilities Room Layout and Views: We booked a ”sea view” room. While the sea is technically visible, the architectural layout of the main building resembles a ”T” shape, meaning direct ocean-facing rooms are limited. From our specific balcony, the sea was visible only by looking to the far left, while the primary view from the bed overlooked the parking area and neighboring buildings. Room Comfort and Amenities: The shower facilities were notably spacious and comfortable. As a guest of larger stature, I found the bathroom amenities and the heavy-duty, armrest-free dining chairs to be exceptionally accommodating and comfortable. Noise Levels: Our room was located on the 7th floor overlooking the pool. During daytime hours, ambient noise from children using the pool area was clearly audible. Consequently, guests seeking a quiet retreat should note that this functions primarily as a family-friendly resort. Dining The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection with numerous options to suit various preferences. While the international and general selections were satisfactory, the traditional Thai dishes received a more modest reception. Location and Accessibility Access and Navigation: The hotel is situated in a slightly secluded location, which may lead navigation systems to take less direct routes upon arrival. Parking was generally adequate, though limited during the busy holiday period. Proximity to the Beach: The property is located a short distance from the beach rather than directly on it. The walking route requires crossing a footbridge, along which a noticeable stagnant water odor may be encountered.

The infinity pool and ocean view were serene. The sandy beach was clean and quiet. every setting at the hotel was done thoughtfully, I loved it that it was not very massive nor crowded and so was well kept. The beaches and pools almost your own felt pvt areas. Breakfast was quite good as well 7.5 out of 10 for me. The rooms were spacious and clean, although the last night of the stay for some reason, two light switches in my room had malfunction and were kinda jammed but they fixed it right away. Oh, and the most incredible part was the Superrr comfortable beds and pillows ( i like soft bedding so for my taste it was perfectly Extremely Soft (like it would cuddle you in ). LAst but not the least, bath accessories at gym and at public areas by the brand BAWA were amazing! ..what else ..yes a heads up, keep in mind if you want quiet room then don't take the room facing garden as kids play there and the glass door does not have the best noise insulation . All in all, great service! i am definitely looking fwd to returning there soon.p.s: the grilles eabass at the restaurant Pebbles was Delicious!

Great location, only a 3-minute walk to the beach. There's a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. However, for breakfast, you need to take a golf cart to another hotel within the same chain. It's not far, though; you could even walk. The breakfast was delicious.

This trip was for my friends' and my 9th Wedding Anniversary because we both got married same years in which mine was in May and my friends' was in June so, we requested the hotel whether there's any decoration if possible because we both would love to surprise our husbands. Hotel staffs provided 2 sets of cakes for our couples after checking-in. ☺️ During the 2nd night of stay, there's noisy party from another villa until 2 a.m. which was so annoying for our sleep so, we asked the staff for help and they could arranged immediately. This was very impressive. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Only 1-2 things that should improve is drainage and cleanliness under the bed. Overall is great.

Spacious room, very quiet and got the sea-view, very simply and budget friendly hotel. The receptionists and security guards are very friendly. Plenty of parking space and food to eat around. Easy beach access and beachside bars I was there for a music festival and will come back here every year.

This hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean. The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss. The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests. The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough. One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period. This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel. They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.
