"Very clean and looks new for everything . The breakfast is great , the front desk very nice .
We have to come to Phoenix , will book here when we need to come"
"This is a hipster hotel for sure. The area is ok but don’t venture too far out as it can get a bit sketchy. The layout and vibe are awesome. It was a little dirty inside the room but the experience was nice. Would probably go again"
"Everything else is fine, but don't ask for parking in the hotel! Parking at valet42 is on the street downstairs; self park is at someone else's office building a block away, and they only charge 20 a day, but the hotel charges 32 😓😓😓🤬🤬🤬 I can't understand this practice of pocketing extra fees..."
"I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city.
The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room."
"Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to."
"The room is nice and tidy, and it comes with a washing machine, dryer, a functional kitchen, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, etc. It is also
suitable for long stays."
"We loved everything about this hotel. The entire space is filled with art and the rooms are clean and gorgeous plus it's dog friendly. (There are several grounds nearby with grass to walk your pooch.) When visiting Phoenix, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
"The receptionist, Stephanie, provided excellent service. The room was very clean, and the water pressure and drainage were good. Free breakfast was included. Unfortunately, the price was a bit high, and the bed lacked sufficient support."

Amazing
MMAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again.
Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away.
Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable.
Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead.
Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that.
Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge.
Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item.
Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.
TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!
MMinhuaGreat stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!
GGuest UserSince I arrived at Phoenix Airport late at night, I was looking for a hotel with airport shuttle service.
I was glad I could call the front desk from the arrival lobby to arrange a shuttle and check in safely.
The front desk staff were kind, the room was clean, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.
JJISONGThe hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.
DdilayaydanThe most beautiful thing was breakfast. We compared with other hotels which are we stayed before. They had just cereals. In this hotel there were boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, cream cheese, cereal...
Location was really far from airport because we dont have any car. If you have car, it is ok.
Last thing is cleaning. I disappointed because of this view. Sheets and pillows were really dirty.
AAiqijunThe environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.
GGuest UserIt was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me.
Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient.
I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.
