"Fabulous Customer Service! Team members like Jamel make you feel welcome and he was so very helpful. He was so friendly, we had no problems. The hotel was packed but he made sure that my young adults and I had rooms right next to each other. It meant so much as we came in from different Cities. We had a marvelous trip to Raleigh."

"We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 infant. Our room was nice and spacious with a king sized bed and a chaise lounge sofa -that also was a fold out bed. The room was even large enough for us to comfortably open a Pack-n-Play and still have plenty of room to function. It fit perfectly beside the bed and did not block the sofa so that it could still be used. The room also had two dressers, a tv, a desk with chair, two night stands, a mini fridge, coffee maker, closet with safe and a bathroom with a glass door shower (no tub). This hotel is pet friendly too, so I noticed some claw marks/scratches on the back of our door -but it wasn't very noticeable. The hotel also has a fitness/gym room and a pool. There is a sign in the bathroom that states in order to save on water/energy waste they will change out towels and sheets every three days, but if you’d prefer everyday then just let the front staff know. We stayed for 5 nights and our linens never got changed out, nor did the trash. (Not a dealbreaker for me, as I like my privacy and knew no one had been in our room.) The staff was really nice and greeted us each morning as we went for our outings. They even offered to take photos for us so we can show our little one when he’s older. Overall, our stay was lovely. Would definitely book this hotel again when visiting Raleigh."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Wingate by Wyndham Garner/Raleigh South. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day of my departure, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the entire establishment. The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere as I entered the hotel. The staff at the front desk greeted me with smiles and were helpful. In the room the linens were fresh, the surfaces were spotless, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. It was evident that the hotel placed a high priority on maintaining a hygienic environment for its guests. Throughout my stay, I also explored the hotel's facilities. The dining area, fitness center, and lounges were all clean and well-organized. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you can rest assured that your stay at this hotel will be an enjoyable and memorable one."

"They hotel was very clean and staff was very nice. I don’t recommend booking through Trip.com. I booked and prepaid several days before arriving and the room that I had booked was unavailable. The hotel said they reached out to trip.com to let them know that I wouldn’t have a room and to contact me. Instead I got confirmation emails stating my room was available for check in. The hotel was very nice and helped me get an available room with not additional cost but trip.com refused to do any kind of refund for they different room."

"Our room was VERY clean upon entry and the front desk staff was pleasant. It is a red roof so as far as I know that brand does not offer breakfast normally but they do have coffee in the mornings at this location. I also liked that I was able to open our window to let in some fresh air. A lot of hotels you aren't able to open the windows at all since they are permanently installed."

"Raleigh isn't a huge city, so I was surprised by how many hotels were around, but then I realized it's because of the big exhibition center nearby. The Marriott has a dedicated internal walkway to the exhibition center, which is a huge plus, especially in the summer when it's scorching outside – no need to bake in the sun! The hotel lobby has a Starbucks, and there are plenty of fast-food options nearby, including McDonald's, so grabbing a bite is convenient. The room decor felt a bit dated, and while it had the standard two queen-size beds, the bathroom was really old, definitely from decades ago. Overall, it's still a good choice, especially if you're visiting the exhibition center."

"The hotel room is quite big, the bath water is relatively small, the location is too noisy, there will be a very loud car racing sound until 2 o'clock in the evening, you have to wear earplugs to fall asleep"
