Hotels near Balboa Fun Zone in Newport Beach

This hotel is conveniently located in a shopping mall, perfect for shopping at Neiman Marcus. The service was very good and the view was beautiful. Saw the beautiful sunset and sunrise. If you are afraid of noise, tell the front desk to stay in the Star Tower.

The service is good, but the weather may be bad, the scenery is not amazing. The hotel does not have a private beach, you can only take a shuttle to the public beach. The food in several restaurants is OK, and the room facilities are a bit old.

We came to meet our physician & surgeon who was also at the Renaissance. Service in all areas EXCEPT check in/out was exceptional. When the staff for check in would answer phones before taking care of lines of customers, there is something wrong. There was one service person who was very very good. Her name was Mechenzie.  She was fast and accurate.  A necessity with impatient customers and long lines of them.

The hotel is near the sea, very beautiful, parking is convenient and free. The room is large, with a living room, kitchen, washing machine and dryer, making it suitable for home use. There is a Starbucks where you can buy snacks, which is equivalent to a small supermarket. You can buy all kinds of food and supplies. No restaurant, no breakfast. It rained heavily two days after arriving, and the hotel front desk didn't give me a sea view room. The child was very disappointed. On a rainy day, it would be nice if you could look at the sea from your room. I asked for a sea view room, but the front desk refused to give it to me. I was a bit disappointed. There is a golf course next to it. I am in a hurry this time and will come back during the summer vacation. I hope to stay in a sea view room. Recommended stay

The service environment is very good. There is a shopping mall nearby. The drinks in the bar downstairs are good. The room is clean and sanitary. There are two restaurants in the hotel, one of which is an Italian restaurant. The food is beautifully presented, the price is not cheap, and it tastes good. 😋

A very good hotel with friendly service staff. I will stay here again next time I go there. I hope the price will be cheaper after the summer vacation!

The room is spacious and bright, there are prepared lemonade and orange water in the lobby, the service is thoughtful, and all other aspects are very good. I will stay here next time I come to this city.

The seats are very good. There is a parking lot, but you must take a good look at the bill. We have one car and finally checked out and said that we have three cars parked. We will charge a lot more money. Fortunately, I took a look.

Great location and service. the family room was a bit small and I didn’t like that it was all carpeted. The parking is expensive at $40 a night. There is also a lovely trail walk nearby.

The room is spacious and convenient for cooking. But pay attention, unlike in China, the health is self-service, there is no room cleaning, similar to the apartment, clean the room yourself. Some staff at the front desk are very nice and some staff look a little bit raw in the country. Because the price is cheap, don't pull the expectations too high. If you want high-quality service, you must set a star hotel. The service is indeed good. Of course, the additional service fee is also very ”good” 😄
