"This hotel is great for young singles on business trips or couples traveling together. The rooms are a bit small but well-equipped, and the breakfast is surprisingly good (they even have smoked salmon!). The lobby is always bustling with young people working on their laptops. It's located right in a business district with plenty of restaurants, and the light rail station (which is free!) is just a 100-meter walk away. There are many sushi places nearby, though they are quite expensive. Be warned about rush hour traffic in the mornings and evenings! Overall, it's a solid 5-star experience."

"Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."

"The hotel was fantastic! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was an open field in front where you could see the sunrise. The breakfast was standard but good, with homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage, and rich orange juice."

"The location was very convenient. It was right by an Omni loop station and 5-7 min walk from a Metro-rail station. The hotel was clean and the staff members were kind. What I also loved about the hotel was the lounge/lobby. There were many amenitites facilitating comforts for hotel guests. I would definitely come and stay here again! : )"

"The hotel's location was perfect, and the catering service was excellent. I also appreciated how quickly I could go between the pool and the main building, though the high number of people using it was a bit of a downside. I realized I should avoid using the pool during the times reserved for the hotel's main guests. If I don't use the pool during its rest hours, it seems more VIP guests will get to enjoy it. It always feels like more guests are using the pool when I'm not there. Everything else was perfect, and I want to express my respect and gratitude for the staff's kindness, cleanliness, and exemplary behavior. Seeing the staff work so diligently made me feel a little guilty, but also very pleased."

"The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more."

"Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed."
