During the terrible night, we hear all the noises because they resonate so much. Also, around 3 a.m., a neighbor came into the next room and was moaning, vomiting and left the water running for hours... I was really not at peace. A pass hotel wouldn’t have been worse…"

"This is my new favorite hotel in Dallas. It’s hip without pretentious, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and the room is lovely I travel a lot and often think that hotel rooms are often designed by people who have never left home. This room was terrific. Large and lovely shower, good lighting everywhere, sufficient storage and hanging space and a very nice robe I loved the vanity with big lighted mirror and the design of the room with two separate chambers Is genius. Whether you close the rolling door to dress without disturbing your roommate or wish to receive room service without having the waiter see you in your jammies it really works I love love love it here and will be sad to leave. Didn’t even mention the complimentary rides in the rolls Royce to get me to work Can’t wait to return and I’m not even gone yet "

"The hotel lobby was clean and big, with nice staff and good smells. Bathroom smelled like chemicals. Our room was way too small, you could barely fit 3 suitcases in there. The baggage cart also didn't fit into the room which was weird. Overall, an OK hotel."

"Everything was decent: the bed, bathroom facilities, and breakfast. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is directly connected to the airport. For 15,000 yen a night, I'd say it's good value. It's not the hotel's fault, but the surrounding area isn't very safe, so I recommend avoiding going out at night."

"Great hotel - friendly staff, plenty of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and food types (including vegetarian), good conference facilities. Location not great being downtown but things to do in the vicinity. Rooms are a decent size and you get a TV in the bathroom mirror!"

"Valet was awesome, but being that the hotel was on a corner and a busy street we missed it so be on the look out. $31.00 check in was fast and easy room was small 4 adults could sleep in there but not move around very easily came back around 10.00 pm to hang out at the bar there was no where to sit all the tables were dirty, the bar tender dropped my beer and was not wearing his mask the other employees did. "
