Hotels near Deep Ellum in Dallas

"Only negative this visit was no stove burner as it is to be like home so to say. Other than that it is quiet and right near train to get to where you gotta go. I wish price were cheaper but worth every penny this stay. "

"Young girl with a very friendly welcome. On the other hand, we had a disabled room even though there was no reason for it. During the terrible night, we hear all the noises because they resonate so much. Also, around 3 a.m., a neighbor came into the next room and was moaning, vomiting and left the water running for hours... I was really not at peace. A pass hotel wouldn’t have been worse…"

"Excellent new construction, spacious rooms, great natural lighting, tasteful design. The location is also great, with many dynamic restaurants and shops within walking distance."

"The location is fantastic, very handy, can take train to and from airport, while the staff and the service not live up with our expectation. There were no room service daily if you need anything such as towers you needed to call or came to counter to order b4 9:00pm in order to get the amenities. The problem was the counter most of the time no one there you needed to wait at least 5 minutes to get attended. We stayed there for 4 nights, we did come to the counter when we left in the morning that towers replacement were needed, however, when we came back at night, no replacement was found, so we called in the next day when we were back, they then brought the amenities to us."

"This is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it."

"Brand hotels are still good. This one is in the city center, the location is very good, and travel is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the hygiene is very good, and the front desk staff is also very friendly!"

"I thoroughly enjoy my stay when at the Marriott downtown. I would wish the valet parking service could be swifter as I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to arrive even after calling for it to be pulled before checking out of the hotel. Other than this, my stay was as good as it has been in the past "

"Very new hotel, located in the resort, there are some restaurants around. Quiet in the middle of noisy, very close to Dallas Zoo, Botanical Garden, Aquarium, Beiyuan Shopping Center, Wal-Mart. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic."

"Good value for money with comfortable spacious room. Hotel is well located with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Breakfast buffet options are limited but decent quality with good coffee. The gym is basic but good enough for a decent workout with weights and cardio machines"

"Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience. I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience. "
