"This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix! "

"Good hotel in a quiet location-- hospital area. Parking is $10 a day, however there are some street parking spots on Catalina if you're looking to save the parking cost (just pay attention to no parking zones). Carpet was a bit dirty and hotel shows it's age in some aspects, but overall it was a solid place to stay. Area felt generally safe for being in the city core. All staff were pleasant to deal with. I stayed for an event downtown. Was planning to take light rail but the station was sort of marginal so ended up driving. Much better value than the downtown hotels, especially if you'll have a vehicle with you."

"Our stay at Home2 was wonderful! Great location, clean and beautiful room, professional staff. Lighting in room is excellent. Comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets in room and a nice bedside charging station."

"For a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda."

"We loved everything about this hotel. The entire space is filled with art and the rooms are clean and gorgeous plus it's dog friendly. (There are several grounds nearby with grass to walk your pooch.) When visiting Phoenix, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
