Hotels near FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland

The room is very good, the environment is good, on the campus, very safe, it is especially convenient to go to the attractions around the campus, the hotel's breakfast is also very good, but the hotel does not have a gym.

The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding facilities are complete, the travel and dining are very convenient, the hotel is clean and tidy, antique, the front desk service is very intimate, we arrived in the morning, waited for a man to let us stay, thank you very much.

Except for the location, nothing else deserves the word Renaissance. Hygiene: dirty and poor Room: small Charge: Expensive

The room was quite old. Check-in is at 4 PM, and I tried emailing the hotel to see if I could check in earlier, but received no response at all. The first room they gave me had two huge fans right outside the window, so I had to talk to the front desk manager to get a different one. I already knew there wouldn't be slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, but there wasn't even a cup to put my toothbrush in. I only chose this hotel because the Hilton was fully booked.

Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet. Coffee is Starbucks. The waiters are terrible, and the hygiene is perfunctory! The hotel is in the university town, 10 minutes away from the Cleveland Museum. The museum is free, but it is closed on Mondays! The church opposite the hotel!

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

Overall, it is acceptable, but it is the level of the domestic season. This is very different from the positioning of the domestic Indigo Hotel. Friends who come from China should be prepared. Except for the front desk, do not have expectations for the service. This is the usual situation of American hotels after the epidemic.

The stay was good, breakfast 15 knives, eating was quite satisfactory, the service staff was very warm, and would take the initiative to help with things to drink. I ordered a chicken roll for dinner and it tasted very good! The whole hotel is very close to Cleveland Medical Center. It is very convenient for us to take a taxi to the downtown exhibition hall to use uber. The only downside is that the sound insulation of the room is not very good. Then the room service forgot to clean up on the first day. In short, it was a satisfactory stay! I love Cleveland! ! !

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful — when I arrived soaking wet from the rain, they immediately gave me a towel and offered me free water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the warm and attentive service.

Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.
