Amazing
DDaniel Lee1127Very good stay experience, very old building, people feel the long history breath! It is 100 meters away from CIM with children to participate in the music festival, it is really convenient! I will definitely choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity.
CcatsanddogsThe hotel is in a good location, the surrounding facilities are complete, the travel and dining are very convenient, the hotel is clean and tidy, antique, the front desk service is very intimate, we arrived in the morning, waited for a man to let us stay, thank you very much.
GGuest UserI was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home.

This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs.
GGuest UserThe room was quite old. Check-in is at 4 PM, and I tried emailing the hotel to see if I could check in earlier, but received no response at all. The first room they gave me had two huge fans right outside the window, so I had to talk to the front desk manager to get a different one. I already knew there wouldn't be slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, but there wasn't even a cup to put my toothbrush in. I only chose this hotel because the Hilton was fully booked.
GGuest UserThe stay was good, breakfast 15 knives, eating was quite satisfactory, the service staff was very warm, and would take the initiative to help with things to drink. I ordered a chicken roll for dinner and it tasted very good! The whole hotel is very close to Cleveland Medical Center. It is very convenient for us to take a taxi to the downtown exhibition hall to use uber. The only downside is that the sound insulation of the room is not very good. Then the room service forgot to clean up on the first day. In short, it was a satisfactory stay! I love Cleveland! ! !
GGuest UserThis hotel is near Cleveland Medical College and Cleveland Clinic. The hotel is relatively new, parking is convenient and free. I stay here every time I come to Cleveland.
AAhgusReasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.
