"The service is mainly very good. The supervisor is a Chinese lady who is serious and kind. She never shirks responsibility when there are problems. I feel like I am a Chinese. It feels very good. The location is also very good. There is a Turkish restaurant next to it and it is also close to the subway station. In short, this stay is very good. I will stay here again next time!"
"Overall, the stay was good. The location was convenient, the staff were friendly and allowed early check-in for luggage storage. The room was spacious, the air conditioning/ shower system worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast bread was delicious.
The only issue was finding garbage from the previous guest in the bathroom cupboard, which was quite shocking to discover, and the body wash was empty."
"I recommend this hotel for families. The location was convenient. Attractions like the Aquarium and World of Coca Cola were close. There was also a mall with multiple restaurants and such connected to the hotels so you won’t have to go outside. Definitely check out this hotel!"
"The room was large, nice, and clean. The day before yesterday, a guy was incredibly nice and accommodating. However, the female receptionist who checked out the next day was less than accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the subway station. The only problem is that there are a lot of black homeless people nearby, which can be a bit unsafe if you're traveling alone. Overall, it's a great value."
"Our stay at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis was an enjoyable experience overall. The hotel's location was excellent, providing convenient access to many of Atlanta's attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible views from both our guest room and the rooftop restaurant. The city skyline created a beautiful backdrop, especially during the evening hours, and added a memorable touch to our experience. The only aspect of our stay that did not meet expectations was the on-site restaurant, Sear. While the atmosphere and service were pleasant, the food quality and overall dining experience fell short of what we anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. Despite this concern, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Atlanta Marriott Marquis for its outstanding location, exceptional staff, and stunning views."
"I recently stayed at the Courtland Grand Hotel during a conference in Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to major venues and public transportation. The lobby is spacious and has a classic charm, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating during check-in.
However, there were a few areas where the experience fell short. The room was clean but felt dated, and the room lights are not enough to light up the room. Housekeeping was inconsistent—some days everything was well-stocked, while on others, they will clean room while you are inside. The elevators also seemed slow, especially during peak hours.
Destination fee failed to collect upon check-in. I received a letter on the door of the unit and you cannot enter the room without paying on it.
Need to ask for the complimentary bottle water, never been provided upon check-in also the same for the dental kit.
Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re attending an event nearby and looking for a central location, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and room updates."
"The hotel room was very clean and spacious. I was surprised, however at how small the pool was for the size of the hotel. Also, I wasn’t informed of how much valet was prior to arriving and that there was only valet no self parking but overall it was a good hotel stay"
"The entrance to get to the front desk if your driving is on the side street, they offer parking but it’s $40 per night (kind of expensive), my first interaction wasn’t pleasant because the guest service representative was very unprofessional, our room was located on the 6th floor facing the aquarium, very clean but really small. They ran out of face towels and it was really hard getting extra toilet paper. Overall, the location is excellent it’s directly across from the aquarium, coke cola world, the breakfast club and so much more. You can walk or ride a scooter to the Mercedes Benz stadium."
"First of all, you can not cancel the trip. So plan wisely. Besides that it is perfect, got morning breakfast, porriage, diy waffle and a few others. Compare with other city or hotel i live b4, this one is not bad. Good deal."
"The area is large, the environment is quiet, it is very close to the Olympic Park, and there is a Ferris wheel next to it. There are two TVs in the room, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Although I don't watch TV, it is also very good to connect the screen to expand the display screen for work."

GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!
SSinlenmezLocation is very good. The hotel has a pivate parking for 25 USD/ day, so you don't need to worry about where to park. There are many restaurants and cafés around, also Marshall's, Five Under are in the neighborhood if you like shopping. There is also Publix Market just in 2 mins by walking. The breakfast is good enough to start a day. And the people are always helpful and kind. The room is quite comfortable. There is a microwave, a little fridge and a coffe-maker inside the room. The only missing for us was the safe. There was no safe inside the room. Also the housekeeping is done once in two days, but if you ask in the morning they change the sheets and towels regardless the day.
We stayed here with 2 little buddy loved a lot. If we visit Atlanta one day again, I definitely check this place.
LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
VViajero001The hotel is located in Atlanta's Mid Town, with the nearest subway station being Art Center. I booked a double room, which was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very friendly. I forgot my wallet at the hotel, and they emailed me to let me know, which was very kind of me.
JjenwhiteMy husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.
Llittle ACGThe hotel is a little off the beaten track, and many places around it are undeveloped. There are basically no restaurants around. It's relatively close to the aquarium and Coca-Cola, and you can get there in about 10 minutes by Uber. It takes 20 minutes to walk. But it's cost-effective and the room is quite big.
GGuest UserAlex was the best! We left our car light on, he called the room phone 2x, the phone rang, but i could not hear him and he could not hear me. Think the phone is actually broken! So Alex, knocked on my door! He even, made sure that we got to our car safely since this was around 1am. So thankful for him! If not for him, our car would have not started. Thank you Alex!!!
GGuest UserOne room Rm#511 did have TV service. Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.
EerikericThe room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities. It was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!
SseanwangThe room is clean, close to the airport, the breakfast is very poor, the facilities are OK, it is an Indian hotel, the service is basically the same as in the United States, the quality is worth the price
