Hotels near Old Pro Golf in Ocean City

The service was great! The hotel was well maintained-inside and outside. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had sufficient washcloths & towels and the water was nice and hot! The view from the balcony was a lovely addition. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee too. My husband and I have already decided that will stay stay there on our next visit.

Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

The tiki bar is on point. The breakfast was good but ran out of stuff by 9:00 an was told you have to get here early because some people take 5/6 plates back to the room. I would 100% recommend bay side the sunset was worth all the money. Don’t try to check in early they will push you off till close till 3:00. Overall would stay again an would recommend

The place was pretty good actually. It exceeds my expectations. The staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel amenities are good too specifically the pool area. Everything that you need is just near the area. Their breakfast is a top-tier 💯❤️ will definitely go back on this property 🥰

Friendly staff, very nice pool area, nice coffee shop, nice breakfast restaurant (pricey, got wrong order like others that day), nice bar areas, nice patio and live music, nice tiki area and lawn sitting area, right on the beach, multi-story garage, several elevators, nice gift shop (could use more merchandise ), great valet service, great pass-thru entrance off street, near many shops, bars, eateries, friendly and quick front desk staff, rooms were great (like home) with full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove top, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, two flat screen TVs, door to separate sleeping area from living area, foldout couch, two chair dining table, power outlets for devices, a/c great, balconies were nice and great views, spa and massage downstairs, nice workout room, wifi and internet good, bath has hair dryer and shampoo conditioner body wash and large mirror with lighting settings, in room safe, laundry area available, . Could use local papers of events, eateries, amusements and available coupons, more vending machines needed, pool needed to be cleaner (many guests in there), can be a bit noisy at times both from inner hallway and from balcony near pool.

Booked this as a bargain back in April for a few nights at our favorite beach and boardwalk area and discovered something different at 55th street! The location is good due to it's spot within walking distance to several excellent places to eat like Mackey's, Fractured Prune, Dunkin and the ”place to play” Alley Oops. The front desk staff welcomed guests and were attentive to our concerns even though it was a really busy week with bus trips and bikers we felt like we were treated like friends. Ask Jeffrey about his life experience as a football player, he does not disappoint! Martha kept the breakfasts stocked and hot!

Had a nice trip ....only downside was the pool...the strong smell of chlorine is unbearable..

We were in room 335. We had almost zero water pressure in the shower and the shower squealed like a hot tea kettle the entire time we were using it. The front right burner on the stove didn’t work and the bottom element on the oven also did not work. Maintenance came and looked at it. He was very nice but said they don’t have any replacements. He suggested just using it on the broil setting. Due to this we lost money on some of the groceries that we bought and couldn’t cook. There were some stains on the carpet. Our room was very noisy due to being right near some sort of ventilation system. We got groceries delivered and the delivery service was upset because there was only outdoor access to our side of the hotel with no elevator. Saunas were not open. One of the hot tubs was barely warmer than room temperature our entire stay. The other one was nice. One of the staff members was rude to my teenaged daughter and her friend when they got locked out and needed another key. Location was very nice. All of the other staff were nice. Slushees at the bar we’re good!

Location is great, right in the boardwalk. The pool and jacuzzi were great too. The balcony had a high top table, with great views. Downside: Even though the room has a kitchen, there were no utensils or pots/pans or anything for the kitchen. Huge downside since we took items to make breakfast. There was a coffee maker and sugar but the machine was super dirty.

Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were stains on the pillowcases. The towels provided were also not enough for the number of guests. The shower area was not cleaned properly, and there were used towels left behind. The body wash was also empty, with only an empty bottle left. However, the staff were friendly and provided good service. Overall, the cleanliness and housekeeping service could be improved.
