"It is clean and the check-in is very friendly. The location is also perfect for tourists as it is in the middle of nearby attractions. It is very cost-effective."
"Suitable for family vacations, microwave and refrigerator are very convenient. Not far from the attractions. According to the hotel's notification, there is housekeeping service the next day. We stayed for four nights and there was no housekeeping service. Even if we called to remind, we still didn't have it the next day. Other than that, it was not bad."
"Stayed here during our Colorado trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and check in was smooth. Room was well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Location is convenient with restaurants nearby and easy access to attractions. Parking was easy. Marriott hotels are usually a reliable choice and this stay matched that experience. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again."
"It was convenient to use because it was close to the main tourist spots in Colorado Springs. I chose it because I had an option to book a large room, but it was good to be 1.5 times as spacious as the usual queen bed room. I arrived late and it was great to have breakfast until 10 o'clock so I could relax. "
"The room is not very good because the ground is trembling, the door is difficult to open, the door lock of the toilet is very loose and sometimes the door cannot be opened, in addition to the breakfast is good, the location is convenient"

"Loved the vibe of this place and their mission! The staff were all super helpful and friendly, there are tons of spots for us digital nomads to work (some private rooms as well), a large yoga room and lots of spaces to hang out. Would definitely stay here again. "
"The front entry was under construction, so that we had to figure out how to go into the hotel. It was not very obvious. We stayed in room 221 which was 5 rooms away from I-25. We can hear the traffic a little. One of us was a light sleeper but was able to sleep through the night. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The bathroom fan was a bit loud. There was no body lotion in the room. We asked at the front desk, but they didn't have any either. The breakfast was OK. It was a walking distance to the Broadmoor Ice Arena, so the location was perfect for us. "

Great
GGuest UserWe had a nice stay. The property was well kept and I enjoyed the fresh water in the lobby. The receptionist was very nice and informative upon check in. Our room was a good size and clean. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, I’m used to hotels having some noise especially with our room situated close to the elevator but it was very peaceful. We slept through the complimentary breakfast because the beds were so comfortable! Definitely would recommend and would stay again!
MMichele WoodThere is a difference between a suite and a studio. The suite has a separate room. Studio is one room. Both have small kitchen and pull out sofa. In our studio we could use the cushions from the sofa as another extra bed on the floor! There was no oven - just a stove top. There is full fridge, freezer, microwave, some dishes, some utensils and a pot and pan. Indoor pool was nice and warm maybe about 88?. Hot tub was adjustable heat and beautiful with jets. Great view of Pikes Peak. Not noisy. There was a full shower in the pool area (no walls and in the pool area). Lots of choices for breakfast buffet - eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice, sausage, waffles.
우우지티모All the staff were really friendly. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The room was different than what I booked, but it still had a mountain view.
The breakfast was standard and the pork sausages were the best part of it.
The only negative I have about the hotel is that the surrounding area didn’t feel too safe. Inside the hotel was perfectly fine, but once you go outside there are many homeless people around the property. One even approached us as we were outside.
AAndreaStayed on my own as part of our conference. Room was good but not 5 star. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was amazing. The staff were friendly but not upfront helpful. Friendly but forthcoming. Breakfast was great, fast and the staff gave priority to seating at the best view on a first come basis which was a nice, considerate touch. The main reception area is beautiful with high timber ceilings with beams and a huge fire. I'd stay again although not that close to shops but Uber was reasonably available and fast.
IInternational travelersThis Spring Colorado Hilton hotel is close to the shopping center, which makes it very convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the snack bar also provided great service. The room was comfortable and had a large table that worked well as a small office space. They even provided cables to connect a laptop, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a good value for the price, and we would come back again.
GGuest User1. Price was very affordable. I wasn’t expecting too much, but it went well above my expectations for this price. Yes, it’s an old hotel so the furniture seems a bit old with scratches and dents, but the room was kept clean overall. It did have a distinct smell that bothered me when I entered the room, but after a few minutes I got used to it. If you’re hesitating because the price is too cheap, I honestly think it’s only because of its age.
2. Location was not far from the COS airport. Local buses were during ozone season, but if you want to go far you would need to get an uber. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful, but I did hear sirens going off three times during my two nights of stay.
3. The building is a condominium with a few rooms they rent out as hotel rooms. Its residents were primarily retired people who were friendly and chill.
4. The guy at the reception was super friendly. We chatted about our times in the army. I noticed a lot of retired service members in the building throughout my stay which made me feel very safe.
5. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was made freshly per order. Eggs, pancakes, and potatoes were served for free, and I was able to add two strips of bacon for a dollar fifty. Tina, the waitress, was very nice, and Jimmy, the cook, was also friendly. Food was delicious. Jimmy was so excited for me to try his “space cake”, which was also amazing. The outdoor seating has a great view of the mountains, so I recommend sitting outside.
GGuest UserLocation within walking distance to several food establishments and a department store. Location is off I-25 on the north side and away from downtown, quiet and restful. The room lacked a microwave and coffeemaker but overall experience was very good.
GGuest UserEverything was good. The room was clean and for the most part it was quiet. When I booked my room I wasn't told about the $150 deposit needed to stay. The front desk person wouldn't even work with me on it. he was pretty rude about it and the girl just stood behind him and let him continue to be rude about it. Luckily I was able to find the money somehow but they really need to be able to help you out when you're not told about the deposit being that high. They should be able to help lower it as a courtesy of you're not told about it up front. Other than that everything was good.
