Clean and comfortable place to stay! Central to all main Chicago tourist attractions. The Hilton and the Homewood Suites are connected: Homewood floors 2-22nd and Hilton 23-29. Loved the views from the 28th floor— looking out to the gorgeous skyline and the lake! + A great restaurant on the first floor! Definitely will be staying here again!

Really great hotel! Staff were very helpful and super lovey! Room was amazing, and nice and warm on arrival specially as it was super cold in Chicago! Room and bathroom was clean, and even had a mini fridge to store snacks you might have bought during the day. Pillows were actually really comfy too! One down side is the gym equipment is a little outdated. I booked this particular hotel as it had a fitness center but it’s very outdated and the pins on the weights were really hard to moved/were jammed, and one of the treadmills had a dip on the middle of it when you walk on it which feels unstable. Still super great greatful they offer equipment though and great to get a little workout in on holiday!

They was very helpful when calling the desk or even in person at the desk. Valet parking was super fast. The staff was so nice and breakfast buffet was amazing and last till 10:30am for the late sleepers

Pretty good, mainly because it's affordable. The location is excellent, very close to Starbucks. As for the room, the bathroom and sink are small. Also, the room isn't cleaned daily; you have to specifically request it in advance if you want service.

The room was great with a king-sized bed. Super convenient location, right above the subway station. Arrived in the morning and the hotel offered luggage storage, which was a nice touch. After check-in, the staff kindly reminded me to use my key card to access the left-side entrance if I returned late, ensuring safety at night.

Not bad at all, service soso, the location is not bad, nice near Chinatown, and Star Bucks Coffee next door. We checked out too late, our own mistake, but no mercy, they were not fully booked, yet they charged the full rate. The employee tried his best but the female owner was stiff. For the rest a nice stay.

We wanted to stay on Michigan Avenue and found this hotel at a very reasonable price. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and malls nearby, so getting around was very convenient and required very little walking. The room we received was a bit dark since the windows faced the building next door, but aside from that, everything else was very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

A classic Hi USA hostel. For 400 RMB, getting a bunk in the South Loop is something to be grateful for. The location is excellent: a bus stop is just across the street to the south, a metro station to the north, and Grant Park to the east. Most major attractions are even within a 20-minute walk. The water dispenser is only on the second floor, which is quite inconvenient. Having to go downstairs every time to get water is a bit of a hassle. The downsides are clear: the decor is a bit dated, and there are no bed curtains. Plus, it's right next to the elevated Loop 'L' train tracks, so the noise is noticeable. Those with poor sleep quality will have a tough time. Personally, I don't mind; it's part of Chicago's character. There are lockers in the room for your belongings, just remember to bring your own lock. Each room has a sink outside the door, with separate bathrooms and toilets. The bathrooms are equipped with shower gel and shampoo, and amenities are restocked promptly. However, the shower water pressure in the room is insufficient. I also tried the communal showers, and the water pressure there was much better than in the room, making for a much more comfortable wash. The cleaning staff are efficient, promptly removing dirty towels and emptying trash cans. The front desk staff are very friendly, and you can ask them for fresh towels even late at night. In summary: For 400 RMB, what more can you ask for from a bunk bed within the Loop?

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.
