Hotels near State Street in Santa Barbara

Was here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are. The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

The room has a kitchen, you can cook, and the kitchenware is clean. The bathroom is white, which looks clean, but the air conditioning and toilet facilities are very old. The air conditioning faces the big bed and is covered with thick dust. Fortunately, it doesn't need to be turned on in this season. I originally booked here to wash and dry clothes, but the washing machine and dryer were too dirty and I didn't dare to use them. It was not quiet at night, there was a factory noise, and the sound of planes taking off and landing was quite loud at dawn. The parking lot charges $15 a day. The overall stay experience was average.

Very good, staying in the United States, the first time there was a waiter to help carry the luggage, breakfast, is cold food, end at ten o'clock on time. The surrounding environment is very good, we stayed for two nights, the hotel is quiet and clean, good.

Absolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay. At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water. Excellent location next to train/ bus station but also quiet and safe so 5 stars. Very clean bathroom. Bedsheet could be cleaner. Reception in the morning not very friendly and impatient. Night time one was ok. Great diy breakfast.

The hotel is small, but the location is in the rich area, very comfortable; The staff is also very enthusiastic, but after leaving the store, I was not very happy to charge an extra fee of a few hundred yuan. I wrote an email to ask what tax was charged less, but the hotel now received less money and deducted credit card money without notifying me. Hotel was very clean, and I have high standards! Staff was friendly and helpful. As another reviewer stated, this is not a luxury hotel, but it did provide very comfortable accommodations in a wonderful location near the beach in Santa Barbara. It even provided a covered parking spot for my car!

There is a buffet in the afternoon. There is wine and fruit biscuit cheese. Very good. The room was very very clean. The bedding is soft. The room is small, and the family recommends a large room type. 2 minutes walk from the train station.

Motel 6 is a chain brand. There are three in Santa Barbara. Please check the address when booking. I made the mistake of booking this one. I drove to the beach ten kilometers away and found out I had made the mistake. Overall the rooms are quite decent, a little compact but have all the necessary facilities. It takes about ten minutes to drive to the beach. There is free hot water and instant coffee at the front desk. There is plenty of parking space for each room and there is a swimming pool.
