Hotels near Washoe County Courthouse in Reno

Would have given 5 star rating but disappointed that five of the six fitness center’s treadmills were broken and internet did not work in the room. The hotel was clean, rooms were large and comfortable, fitness center was very good (except treadmill issue).  Would stay again, though.  I believe that the hotel will fix these issues soon.

Quite new hotel, relatively normal Hyatt Place room, average breakfast. Close to the highway, it's best to ask the front desk for a room on the inside, otherwise it's quite noisy.

The hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. The parking lot is enough to stop at will. Breakfast is a typical British American breakfast and you can eat. The front desk service was very good. I didn't pay attention to pulling the credit card in the suitcase on the first day of check-in. I didn't let the card be swiped. I let the check-in first. Overall hotel is good!

All aspects are good, service, environment, location, convenient parking. It's a new hotel. Facilities are also perfect, but toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. need to call the help desk to collect. I ordered two houses, but the prices are different, puzzled! I didn't have breakfast. I got up in the morning and went to the front desk to buy a cup of coffee. Opposite is the King's Car Museum. Tickets are 6 yuan for children, 12 yuan for adults, and yuan for the elderly. Worth a look. However, it is best to keep valuables in the parking lot by yourself, personally. Isolate some tramps. This was my second time staying at this hotel! I love it so much and highly recommend it! Unfortunately we didn’t realize that this hotel accepted animals and my 16month old is highly allergic to pet dander . We did talk to someone about this being accommodated in the future. Also I wish there was better food options that weren’t frozen and possibly more accommodating/accessible for allergies . My daughter has a wheat allergy, soy, dairy, egg, to name a few and we practically had to bring our own food for her

Very nice hotel and the people are great. And they do very well to do your request to the best they can. If you got anything real special is after make the reservation is call them to make sure. They were great with us.

The room is very clean, the space is spacious and clean, the attitude of the counter staff is also very good, any questions or needs will be patiently answered, next time you come to Reno, you will come back again.

The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

This hotel is a perfect airport hotel. Friendly staff, easy check in, clean rooms, restaurant and bar. The price point is perfect and half the cost as nearby—often sold out—hotels. I’ve stayed here many time and they’re consistently delivering a good product. Also, booking on Trip.com is beyond easy.

And its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
